In the past few years, I have occasionally shopped in this Walmart store. This store has a good selection of clothing, office supplies, cleaning supplies, health products, beauty products, pet supplies, electronics, furniture, children's toys, groceries, gardening supplies, etcetera. Prices are slightly lower than other stores' prices. This store also has a pharmacy, vision center, and photo center. During my most recent visit, I returned some merchandise that I had purchased online, and I bought additional merchandise in person. At the customer-service desk, I had to wait in line for several minutes before an employee served me. For some reason, he thought that my pillows and pillow covers were from two separate orders, but after I explained, he correctly refunded my payment to my credit card. In the store, I looked at office supplies and over-the-counter medications, and I founded what I needed. I felt happy with the quality and prices of those products. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine. read more

this walmart is an absolute train wreck. for the 3rd time in the past 4 months we have placed a mostly grocery delivery order of 52 items. through walmart.com we selected to pay $3 extra for expedited delivery within 3 hours. at 4 hours we received a message that our order was delayed. at 5 hours we called the store and spoke with jake in the online delivery dept and he told me that we did not order from walmart, that we ordered through spark? i gave him our delivery confirmation number from walmart.com. he responded with "uhhh i dont know man, dont know what to tell you" i asked for a manager and he hung up on me. i immediately called back jake answered the phone i said jake you hung up on me we got disconnected by accident. again he said "oh uhhhh i dont know" again i asked for a manager i heard him talking to someone else and he was being very rude and said to this other person " i told this guy he did not order through us and he wants a manager. the other person who it turns out his name is brendan got on the phone and he asked for my delivery confirmation number the last 4 digits and my name. i told him. he said "there aint nothing i can do" i asked are you a manager he said no i am a dept head. i asked him again what do you mean there is nothing you can do? he replied with "look man i dont know what to tell you, maybe you should try another store" i was fuming at this point but kept my cool. i asked him can i please speak with a store manager. he asked me to hold on and within 5 seconds responded with " there aint no manager to talk to and he hung up on me. so now i proceeded to call walmarts main number 1-800-925-6278. i was on the phone for approximately 15 minutes explaining my situation and was advised to cancel my order and reorder it. i explained that this has happened before and it takes up to 3 to 5 business days to get a refund and we do not have any funds on our card to reorder. we had just returned home from vacation and had placed a very large order which wiped out what we had on our debit card. we had very little left in our home to eat because we were gone for 3 weeks and did not want food spoiling in our refrigerator and we had cleaned it out. at this point it is 10:15 pm we had no money on our card to reorder and would not get the order until the next day. the pizza shops were closed to order anything so soup it is which is fine. i got side tracked sorry so the girl on the phone said sorry. i asked to talk with a supervisor she said please hold and she hung up on me and we will just say we got disconnected to be nice. i called the main number again went through all the information and again got nowhere. i asked can i please speak with a supervisor or manager which i was told i am a supervisor ( this persons name was deeksha) i asked there is no other supervisor or manager to talk to, she said no. this is crazy and i have had enough the whole point is this is the 3rd time in 4 months that this has happened with the cranberry twp pennsylvania walmart and it did not happen that we had no food in our home the other 2 times but to place an order and just not get anything no phone call from the store no apologies nothing and when we finally did speak to a manager at the store the other 2 times we finally did get an apology but keep getting told that there is nothing they can do at times they cant find drivers and things get messed up. this is absolutely ridiculous that a super corporation like walmart cannot get deliveries right and just does not deliver and no one calls us to let us know that hey we cannot find a driver and apoligize. so we will be placing our order with another walmart that is close to us in gibsonia,pa that does not seam to have the problems that cranberry twp, pa walmart has. this store is anabsolute joke it is too big for their britches and when it comes down to it they just do not care plain and simple and we have had corporate tell us we are sorry we get mant complaints every dat about this store and we are sorry but it is out of our hands? well who's hands is it in?? it is time that we are making calls to our local tv channels tomorrow morning and see where this goes. it is to the utmost dissapointing that the store ties up our money and just does not care!!! wow well we will see if anybody contacts us after this review and who knows maybe you will see me on the news in the next couple of days? read more

Do you need coconuts? Bicycle pumps? Turkeys? Well, my friend, you will not be looking further than Walmart Supercenter in Cranberry. As I quickly approach the next chapter of my ephemeral, yet extraordinary life, my future home needs the basic and not so basic essentials. The worst part about this place is that it won't come with me to Pickleston, West Vlasicnia. The cashiers are friendly, but some move their arms at the same speed as a penny laying on the floor. I decided to use the self checkout to expedite my dinner plate ownership. Some of the shoppers in there make my Amish friend smell great, so apparently Dial and Suave haven't made their way to their shopping carts for years. The parking lot makes me sweat like a tree next to a chainsaw, but the parking lines are bright and vibrant. I'll be back when I need to buy used toothpicks. read more

Another disappointing visit to the Walmart in Cranberry. Tried to purchase a West Wing TV show gift box set on Black Friday. There was no price on the shelf as always at this store. Scanned the UPC with my Walmart app on my phone and the price came up as $57.98. Tried to purchase the item and it came up $85.99 at the register. Ask a Walmart team member for help to price match. The team member told me that the price on line is from a "third party" and they do not price match. The item is cheaper on the "WALMART" website, but Walmart will not match the price. Craziest thing I ever heard. No wonder the store was so empty at 10 am on Black Friday. #1 shopping day of the year and they do not price match their own companies online price. Walmart's days of being the top retailer in the business are definitely in the past. I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Walmart managers are now called "coaches". When I asked one of these "coaches" today "what percentage of your employees or vendors are wearing their masks properly?" he replied "I hope 100%" and then got rather perturbed when I told him that he apparently needs to walk around the store because that percentage is not even anywhere close to being correct -- because having your nose outside of the mask is NOT the proper way to wear a mask. CLUE: ignorant or uneducated people are not really much of a problem until they affect YOUR health along with theirs. THAT is both rude and unacceptable. The health department should pay them a visit. read more

beware! can you please not shop at this place that has mold in the food and bugs in the food.it is a Horrible place. Do not come here. They have rats running around in the store and the lines are so long and they will not let you check out after you were in the store before the close. The manager there steals items. they cost me a lot of damages. I have to file a complaint and so forth. the manager lady who was a brunette and chubby looked like she was high on drugs and drunk. she discriminated against me because of my race and age etc. I had to put several things back because it was moldy. read more

I will never use this Walmart again. If I could give zero stars I would. Went for an online pick up. Waited in my car for 25 minutes and all of the spots for the online pick up were also filled. No one had anything brought out to their car. So I went in to check with the greeter who told me that they were 2 1/2 hours behind on fulfilling orders for curbside pick up. She suggested I cancel my online order and just shop at the store if I needed the things today. I did cancel my order and had used to gift cards to pay for part of the order. Once I have placed the order, I threw the gift cards away (don't ever throw them away before your items are in hand) and they told me in order to have the gift card money refunded, I had to buy another gift card that they could transfer the balance to. So to get my money back, I had to spend five dollars on a new gift card. This is a complete joke of a store. I'm not happy with Walmart in general. I'll probably shop at target from now on, at least their store card gives you an automatic, 5% discount on purchases. read more

It's your normal huge busy super Walmart but they have a really large parking lot that has a strange set up I think a lot of trucks and travelers stop for the night since it's on the main highway to Pittsburgh. Inside was normal I have no complaints it's just always a long walk from the parking lot to the end of the store to buy water but I like the self checkouts. read more

Dare I even tell you. Wal-Mart never fails at disappointing me. Messy, disorganized and understaffed. The parking lot was full, I don't think all these people are here for the view. People are obviously here to buy something, and I know Wal-Mart is making a profit.... why can't they employee more people and contribute to our pockets? The good things I like about this Wal-Mart is that it had a bank "woodforest" that's nice. Also the crosswalks in front of the store are very large and allow for many pedestrians. I love ordering curbside bc of the convenience and how well the employees pick out produce but WALMART NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT PEOPLE USING THESE SPOTS TO SHOP IN STORE. I have been waiting over 30 minutes to get a curbside spot. All the curbside spots were taken with people who used them to shop in store. Ridiculous. I parked elsewhere and flagged down an employee to ask what I should do and they said "I don't know hopefully a spot will open up." This also isn't the first time this has happened. I'm about to find a store where this doesn't happen. I hate doing that bc of the convenience of Walmart but I can't be sitting in my car for over 30 minutes with 2 children and work to do. read more

Worst costumer service of my life. I work in costumer Service and I completely understand when it's late and you're ready to get out of there, BUT I came five minutes before they close and only needed Pediasure for my son who is autistic and that's all he drinks and we were completly out. Mind you, I work two minutes away and I got just off, didn't purposely wait until last minute to go. I told the man at the front and he okayed it. I went back to grab it and the manager on duty ran behind me saying "mam I'm gonna need you to leave." I told him I just needed to grab that and he said no, so I politely asked if even the employees could grab it to make it faster and I'd meet them at the front because I still saw costumers walking around. he said NO I need you to leave. there was no talking to him. Like I said on my previous review, I don't think anyone really cares if this place has negative stars. Sadly, how will their associates improve if no one cares? I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope this serves as a warning that not all of ther staff are knowledgeable about rollbacks, and there is a lack of training and system because I was told different things by different associates. Before I purchased something today at the store, I asked an associate if their online rollback is same as the store's rollback and he said yes. When I got to the register, I asked the cashier if the item is on rollback bc it is online. He said that he can't give me the rollback price, which does not make sense because you can order at roll back price online, then pick up at the store on the same day anyway. I decided to purchase the item online (since I was already at the store). Cashier asked his supervisor Matt what I should do and he sent me all the way back to pick up (eventhough I already have the item right in front of them at the register). When I got to the pick up in the back, of course no one was there. Then I told the associate what the cashier and sup. told me in the front and she was surprised! Just like I thought, they could've taken care of everything in the front when I paid and changed the price on their register. Waiting 30 mins to purchase one item would've been avoidable. Do not use the curbside pick up here! I have been waiting for over 40 minutes for two items that I had bought online and chose curbside because it sounded like it would be faster. But clearly I was wrong! I could've gone inside, shopped and drove home at this point. Many workers have come outside to give orders to cars and they have no idea what spot number they are going to, however when you call you specifically tell them your spot number. This is ridiculous! Composite review: Not all Walmart Supercenter's are the same. Much depends on in-store management, time of year, sales and such. This Walmart is also a grocery store and has all the "MacMedine" features too, e.g., eye glasses, RX. Walmart's are part of the fabric of this country and everyone knows about them. My only issue or concern with this one (and others) is the press to be their unpaid employee at time of checkout using self-service. With this store and with others, there are often insufficient staff at the checkout lanes, but a dozen lanes are closed! One one occasion, the wait to buy 3 small items turned into nearly 10 minutes (yes...). So I left. I overcome this problem by picking the slowest times of the day to shop there. The instore management is not at fault as they are given parameters for staffing and have to work within it. Grocery shopping is a much better experience in my area now that Shop'n'Save on Freedom Road came into being. Registers adequately staffed! f8 and be there. read more

This is absolutely the worst Wal-Mart I've encounterd ,the employees seem frazzled and short handed ,everyone's a manager that points you to another manager ,there idea to help is give you something free,I don't want free ,I want the problem fixed ,start with a full staff so your employees aren't by themselves ,you can see the frustration in them and customers. They have shops in front of the cash registers that harrass you and yell out at you every time you walk by to buy and switch things from what you have to them ,its shameful to have ppl begging you for something when all you want to do is get your shopping done in peace on your day off from work ,maby get your nails and hair done to pamper yourself and ppl approach you aggressively to switch a plan ,so I asked a girl one time what it was all about out of curiosity and told her Thank you but I wasn't interested and she got upset with me she repeatedly kept approaching me and my husband after being told NO,its an annoyance . I think something is fail in here. They have to do something about the management. The groceries is way low standard than any groceries in the town or any Walmart. I rarely shop at Wal-mart, but as there were downed power lines blocking my way to Target, I stopped by for a couple quick things. Stopped by restrooms first only to find hat NONE of the sinks work! They had them blocked off and a bottle of hand sanitizer sitting out for your enjoyment. This means NO workers leaving those restrooms are watching their hands! The tape that was blocking the sinks looked like it had been on at least a day or two. Do not shop here! Hand sanitizer is not the same as washing your hands. Who knows what kind of additional funk is floating around the store now. Incredibly disgusting! Thankfully went in for a hand wash prior to shopping. Gross! read more

Staff in every department are clueless as to what they should know about, management talks to you like animals, constantly out of stock, lines wrap around the building just to get into the store and staff at the entrance should be fired for their ridiculous attitudes. Sorry to say but this is a sad Walmart. I do a lot of Walmart shopping. Even though this one is the closest it is the one that is poorly run and not customer oriented. Example: in furniture area i looked at the bar stools but no tags for prices. There were three different types of barstools but none matched up to the tags. Same thing for example the paper plates. The tags are all over the place. Its like that through out the Cranberry walmart. I tried to talk to the store manager but apparently the philosophy is he is too busy. Same thing last year when they had the wet floor at the south entry and i went down hard. The store manager was too busy. They need a person who understands customers needs and orders items that i see other walmarts have but this person pics and chooses and tries it the easy way. I find the Walmarts so sad. Customer service varies with many not able to give service beyond what aisle a product can be found. They seem to be beaten down by the low pay and lack of benefits. I simply do not understand why a large successful company does not share it's profits with the employees that have helped made it a success. I doubt that this review will change the behavior of those well paid executives who short change their workers. AS with Sam's Club, customers may feel that they are getting a bargain when in fact the local Giant Eagle and Costco are often considerably cheaper. As you can surmise, I am found in a Walmart only as a last resort. In this case my favorite mustard which is only available in Walmart's Pittsburgh market (I load up). I have had to watch the "sell by" dates because in general, the store does not sort through it's stock. However when dates are more than a few months past it's suggested sell by dates, Walmart has been very good at issuing a refund plus a little something extra since I am not living close by. So 1 star for corporate, 3 stars for having odd ball stuff you cannot find elsewhere averages to 2 stars. read more

I wish there was an option to give a zero star review because if there was, I would. I don't even know where to begin. The employees are the rudest people you'll ever meet, including the managers. These employees must not have been taught the rule of "The customer is always right." They'll argue with you and give you attitude. They act like they don't want to help you and make you feel like you're going to get screamed at if you ask for help. I went in earlier today and saw an amazing deal. They had two Samsung 55" UHD TV's for sale on a shelf and above the TV's there was a sign that said they were $548. I thought that was an amazing deal and I wanted to buy both of them. I went to go check out and they rang up for $1,900 which I knew wasn't correct. I told them that the sign said they were $548 and I wouldn't pay anymore than that. They went and got a manager and the manager got an attitude with me. I told them to go into the back and look at the cameras and they would see the price. By law, they have to honor the price. It isn't my fault that they messed up the signs. The manager got another manager who informed me that they would not be honoring the price because they would be losing $800. I was not happy. I called corporate who is fixing the situation to give me the TV's for the price that they were listed at. The fact that a company is breaking the law by not honoring the price is completely ridiculous. I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore. I really hope that it isn't a company issue and that it's just a terrible store. I hope corporate will fix the issue, otherwise I'll be contacting the news about the issues because it is against the law to not sell me those televisions for that price. That's the biggest issue I have had with them but it isn't the only problem I've had. This Walmart is just terrible. They have so many problems and that's all you're going to experience with shopping there. You're better off going anywhere else. I guess I'm easy to please. This Wal-Mart seems to be one of the best I've ever been in. It's usually pretty clean and the layout is somewhat logical once you learn it. My one complaint comes with checking out. No one seems to enforce the express lane limit. If the limit is 10 items and you have 12, okay, yeah, I can understand that. Bought a new "in a already opened box" modem. I had to return it for the same reason as the last person. It did not work correctly. As i started to tell Emily about the hours wasted calling my Ip provider trying to get it to work. She gave 2 Sh*ts about trying help me or listen to my complaint. Nor did she ask if I wanted to get a replacement or even ask if there was anything she could do to make me a satisfied customer. I never was asked anything. All that was done "again never asked" was to credit my debit card and handed me the receipt..... I even stopped in mid sentence to see if she was even listening to my issue with the item that was just slapped back on the shelf and resold as new. I will never be back in that store again. I'd rather drive 30 minutes and buy else where, like I had to do to get a new modem that was in a unopened box and worked right out of the box....... read more

I don't have high expectations at any Walmart but the Cranberry Township, PA store has to be the worst in the chain. The hardware department looks like it hasn't been tended to since Christmas--a total mess. The grocery department is poorly stocked and jammed with employees getting orders for pickup. The absolutely least customer friendly department is the pharmacy--it actually closes for a half hour during the busiest time of the day-- what other major pharmacy is that disdainful of their customers? read more

Sooo I love to hate on Wal-Mart but I actually had a nice experience here today! I visited over my lunch break on a very hot day and found a good spot to park just eight spaces or so from the entrance. I was looking for moving boxes and paper, and a sales associate gave me directions on how to find them. (Though she didn't show me the way, which most other retailers would have done.) I found my items and headed to check out. There were more cashiers than there were customers at the time, so I really nice lady kindly asked if I was ready and lead me to her register. My shopping experience was quick and easy, and I'll likely be back once or twice again to buy more packing supplies! read more

Walmart Pharmacy: you need to change your discriminatory practices towards recovering addicts ASAP. This cannot keep being tolerated. When patients come to fill their medication for medication assisted treatment, you are hassling them in the most intrusive and uncomfortable of ways. If you do not wish to fill these types of medications, why not just say so? Bullying people into being afraid to fill their prescriptions is despicable when these folks are trying so hard to get their lives on track and get better. Our monthly prescriptions cost between $250-$1200 per month and we WILL boycott you and take our money elsewhere. You know what you're doing is wrong and it's time to fix it. When Suboxone treatment patients are coming to fill their RX, they are being asked if they are going to counseling, when their next appointment is, their doctors info, if they are tapering and if not, why? Is this any of your business or all of the people listening in your overly crowded pharmacy's business? Who's the doctor here Walmart? I can assure you that it isn't you. If you feel the person has a fraudulent RX or is selling their prescription or other unscrupulous or illegal behavior, please take reasonable and usual steps to report them and refuse them like every single other pharmacy. Addiction is not cured on your perfect idea of a taper schedule. Some people need to be on the medication for life - and if that's what prevents them from overdosing, stealing, robbing, Doctor shopping or other addict behavior, who cares? It's a way to put your chaotic life of addiction on pause to get your life together without being sick. Some of us take longer than others for the damage to be repaired in our lives. So Walmart wants all patients to taper so they can go back on opiates and risk dying? Is there anything your company actually does the right way? Do you know what the medical community calls your type of business practices Walmart? TREATMENT BARRIERS. You are going to kill people if you keep it up. What happens when the addict trying SO HARD to get clean need to fill their medication one day and their only option in their small town is Walmart and they just don't have it in them to get interrogated that day? Most disorganized Walmart I have ever been in. It is no wonder they are always understaffed. The management is so horrible. They do not hold people accountable for continuous screwups. My step son tried to apply for a job there. He was invited in for an interview. He showed up on the day and time, early actually. He sat there for over an hour before they saw him. They had forgotten to enter his information in the system. After the interview they again did not put his information in the system so they could not contact him about drug screening or back ground checks. After several days he finally called them and left a message. After a week, they still have not called him back. He was hired at Home Depot after a two day process.
