The nerve of some people. Steer away from these people. If they treat agencies this way then they certainly do not care about seniors. It's all about money for them. Also if you're a home care agency, please go into these Facebook groups and see how other agencies describe their service. All leads go to multiple agencies and you're paying a ridiculous amount of money each month and not guaranteed to attain a client.

Security was great but not intrusive and the facility is very clean and was built in a manner that encourages the residents to gather together and socialize with one another. The staff also exceeded my expectations in a big way. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and it was obvious that they enjoyed their careers and interactions with the residents. My father was there for only 2 weeks and fell 3 times, resulting in a fractured rib. His room was not cleaned within those 2 weeks and he was not seen by a physician (as required) until his second hospital visit. A paramedic called me to voice their concern about his level of care, when his sugar levels were 380. I called the complaint number to finally get management to act. Definitely find a better facility- there's a reason why there are empty rooms and no wait list.

I almost got up and excused myself, and I wish I had. It was so much back and forth with her it was exhausting. Finally I said to her and the other lady there was still an inch of roots and my hair was yellow. She left for 15 minutes and I heard her complaining about me to another employee. She then came back out, put a color wash on me in the sink, was very aggressive, got it all over my forehead and ears, and the water was way too hot. It was horrible. She then tried to start my haircut, which I declined. No chance I was letting her near me with scissors. The final product was grey roots, and patchy yellow blond hair. The people at my office called me Lemonhead. What I was supposed to receive: Full color, highlights and cut - $180 What I received: Half color, crown only - $112 So apparently a half color, cut, and highlights is only $58! Give me a break. Horrible, rude service, terrible results, and dishonest charges. They did tell me I'll get 10% off my next visit! Hah! Lemonhead, out.
