Lots of toys, stuffies, and blind boxes for my little girl to get excited about. The trains in the front caught her attention and the many statues throughout the store she loved too. My wife had a good time helping me look at Gundam models and paints for my Warhammer army. We spent a good amount of time in the gaming room getting her some sleeves for her cards and checking out the books, figures, and tables set up for gaming. Ended up getting a few things and was an easy process. I think for the price of everything we got a good value cause we could have easily gotten everything online but I think part of what makes this place amazing is the passion the staff has for the hobbies, the amount of options they carry, and then if they don't have something you want (Warhammer stuff is what I was looking for) they will order it for you. We will for sure be back again cause I know I'll need more paints and I have my eye on a few models I saw in the Gundam/anime section.

Not only did they not know the item price that I was buying, but they just randomly made one up, which was absolutely ridiculous for what I was getting. I had to return to talk to the cashier after paying the high price they made up (cashier and girl manager.) They gave me credit back, I had to go myself and find the correct price and make the line again to pay. No apologies for the unprofessional service. Your associates should treat customers better and be more informed and professional.

Most checkouts you can enter your loyalty number and start scanning. I feel tech-savvy but the self-checkout was just confusing. It's not clear which ones are open. You can't see the checkout situation until you're next in line to checkout. At one point the lone cashier started scolding the CUSTOMERS for not using self-checkout and told US the line was so long it didn't make sense and WE had to do something about it. Excuse me? I don't work here, find someone who DOES to do something about this long line. How about order online and have it delivered? Or better yet... just order from anywhere online.

No one ever came, so I eventually gave up and checked out at another register. Overall, it's a nice store with good selection and solid staff, but I'll be honest -- next time I come, I'll be coming for the sales, not the sticker prices. The size of the vendors' booths is terrible, so the moment a group of two enters the booth, you won't see a dang thing that you actually want to look at. The exit and entrance are also the same route, so most booths have a terrible bottleneck if you are walking into them. Third, the odor. They had TVs set up for people to play against one another and also play some single-player games. Some of the individuals crowding this area were the most foul-smelling to graze this earth. You would think the last time they showered was when it rained. I can't get mad at the business for this cause it's their clientele, but it did not help the terrible experience in any fashion.
