Lots of toys, stuffies, and blind boxes for my little girl to get excited about. The trains in the front caught her attention and the many statues throughout the store she loved too. My wife had a good time helping me look at Gundam models and paints for my Warhammer army. We spent a good amount of time in the gaming room getting her some sleeves for her cards and checking out the books, figures, and tables set up for gaming. Ended up getting a few things and was an easy process. I think for the price of everything we got a good value cause we could have easily gotten everything online but I think part of what makes this place amazing is the passion the staff has for the hobbies, the amount of options they carry, and then if they don't have something you want (Warhammer stuff is what I was looking for) they will order it for you. We will for sure be back again cause I know I'll need more paints and I have my eye on a few models I saw in the Gundam/anime section.

Not only did they not know the item price that I was buying, but they just randomly made one up, which was absolutely ridiculous for what I was getting. I had to return to talk to the cashier after paying the high price they made up (cashier and girl manager.) They gave me credit back, I had to go myself and find the correct price and make the line again to pay. No apologies for the unprofessional service. Your associates should treat customers better and be more informed and professional.

Most checkouts you can enter your loyalty number and start scanning. I feel tech-savvy but the self-checkout was just confusing. It's not clear which ones are open. You can't see the checkout situation until you're next in line to checkout. At one point the lone cashier started scolding the CUSTOMERS for not using self-checkout and told US the line was so long it didn't make sense and WE had to do something about it. Excuse me? I don't work here, find someone who DOES to do something about this long line. How about order online and have it delivered? Or better yet... just order from anywhere online.

Okay, maybe my review is a little biased because I don't know of many other home goods craft stores…read morequite like Michaels -- but I just can't get past some of these prices. $80 for a reef ornament? If it were handmade, I could understand, but for a plastic one? That's a hard pass. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Everything from candles to basic stationery items you could grab at Walmart is marked up to a level that feels unnecessary. Now, to be fair, they do have some great sales -- and when I say great, I mean really great. But you shouldn't have to wait for a sale just to feel like you're not paying an arm and a leg for a craft project. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have the kind of customer service I appreciate -- where someone actually walks you to what you're looking for instead of just pointing in a general direction and disappearing. That said, the front desk and self-checkout area are another story. I stood at the self-checkout for a solid five minutes waiting for anyone to come by and help with a screen issue so I could remove an item. No one ever came, so I eventually gave up and checked out at another register. Overall, it's a nice store with good selection and solid staff, but I'll be honest -- next time I come, I'll be coming for the sales, not the sticker prices. It's way too easy to walk out broke after buying just a few things.

They host a wide range of events like cosplay nights, tabletop and card tournaments, and other themed gatherings that keep the place feeling lively and fun. There's always energy in the room, and plenty of vendors and merchandise to browse, no matter what you're into -- cards, collectibles, figures, games, you name it. My only real critique is the space. When it's busy (which it often is during events), it can feel a little cramped. A bigger venue would take this place to the next level. That said, the atmosphere, the variety of vendors, and the consistency of their events more than make up for it. If you're into collectibles, gaming culture, or just want something different to do locally, this place is worth checking out.

There were 3 booths with older game consoles and games for sale; the rest of the booths had Pokémon cards. Should've labeled the event as Poke cards with a side of random games. Second of all, booth size and closure. Half of the booths were closed. I went on Saturday at 1 pm. The size of the vendors' booths is terrible, so the moment a group of two enters the booth, you won't see a dang thing that you actually want to look at. The exit and entrance are also the same route, so most booths have a terrible bottleneck if you are walking into them. Third, the odor. They had TVs set up for people to play against one another and also play some single-player games. Some of the individuals crowding this area were the most foul-smelling to graze this earth. You would think the last time they showered was when it rained. I can't get mad at the business for this cause it's their clientele, but it did not help the terrible experience in any fashion.
