First time at NorthPark Center and I was impressed. High end shopping mall with everything you want in a mall experience. There is fine and casual dining on site, plenty of shopping from major brands, beautiful art. Asked for directions and the mall security was extremely helpful.

Love this mall. Fun place get some steps in. Lots of food options and stores aswell. Everything from Gucci, LV, neiman marcus, lululemon, and all the different food options. Recommend if you have time to kill, don't want to walk in the Texas heat.

Dallas has many malls, but non make a statement like NorthPark. There are many high-end shops, but they also have some moderate shopping as well. No matter why you walk into this mall, you will be taken in with their attention to beauty. The sculptures, the well appointed plants arranged in a pleasing way, to the unique water feature that kids and families can sit by and watch turtles and ducks play in. And when it's holiday time, the mall lights up. Tonight, we walked the mall on October 1st, so guess what lovely ornamental things were filled throughout this lovely building - pumpkins. The courtyard during this time whispers magic, and stories that have not been told. It's the NorthPark Pumpkin Patch. Oh my, you don't want to miss it. Little gnome homes dangling from the trees, cornucopia of pumpkins, and a wishing well. It feels like you're walking into a story. One that lets kids be a part of the mystery and the beauty.

    Very pretty mall

This is a really pretty mall filled with luxury brand stores. I didn't have time to peruse the whole thing, but I saw a Glossier, Macy's, Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom, Diesel, Eataly, Free People, John Varvatos etc. I really loved the art displays and wish I could have spent more time looking at them.

Just a duck chilling out in a Texas Mall.

Came here to grab some gear for the Mavs game and pick up my usual cheese and pasta haul from Eataly, and ended up wandering around like a kid seeing all the different decorations. They've gone all-in on the seasonal vibes -- pumpkins everywhere, little pops of Christmas decor already starting to show, it works. It feels festive without being over the top. Parking? Plenty of it. Stores? A solid lineup of mid- to high-end options. Safety? Security walking around and actually being present, which makes the whole experience feel more comfortable. Bathrooms are easy to find and clean (yes, this matters!). And one of the coolest unexpected touches was the little man-made pond with ducks and turtles, which had families and kids absolutely loving it. Traffic getting in and out was smooth for me, though I'm sure the holidays may be a different story. Still, the place is well organized and easy to navigate. If you want a fun stroll, some good shopping, a festive vibe, or just a reason to get out of the house, come check this out. On to my next adventure!

This shopping complex is great! So much natural light and so many stores, restaurants, etc. The parking is great too, super easy to find a spot on the weekend. Loved the fall decor, such as the flower, leaves, and mini pumpkins in the hallways and throughout the mall. The red art piece in the middle of the mall near the elevators is also huge and very eye catching! Every employee I encountered was nice, and all of the customers were very respectful throughout the different stores and areas. There's even an AMC movie theater on the second floor!!

This mall is huge. enormous. as a movie fan, i appreciate that there is a AMC theater upstairs. can watch movies while others shop for hours. the halls, stores, bathrooms, clean and spacious. great value with the deals and sales. great number of stores for everyone, from kids to adults. great selection of clothing, home goods, food, drinks, art, so much. service was good too. parking lots are big .

Clean mall with decent amount of security. I came here on a Sunday and loved all the shops. I would recommend this mall to anyone.

Ask the Community - NorthPark Center

Can I purchase a gift card that could be used in any of the stores in the North Park Mall?

Yes, you can buy a gift card at the concierge area for a NorthPark gift card that can be used at any shop in the mall.

Has anyone parked the car in their garage overnight?

No, I have not. I imagine with mall security it would be one of those situations with a possible orange sticker placed on windshield or some action taken. That's probably something monitored by them. My opinion though. I wouldn't want to chance…

Are dogs allowed inside the mall? Thanks

Negative. Unless it's a service dog.

Where's the best place to get a gold grill made here?

You won't find gold grills at this mall. Most of the jewelers are high end, designer or national brands.

    How much is the valet?

    $8.

Is mccormick and Schmick I this shopping center?

    No

This time, we stayed at a nearby hotel and walked into the Galleria so we did not have to deal with traffic and parking. The last time we were here, our impression was that the mall was mainly upscale, expensive stores. In 2026, there are a lot more moderately priced stores that are intended not to be so exclusive. After walking around for a while, our main activity was for the kid to do ice skating. It is basically $20 for unlimited skating, although it has to be continuous. You can't leave and come back. The price includes skates but you have to buy socks if you did not bring any. She was not very good at skating to begin but got better and better as time went on. We were there about 1.5 hours and that was enough. The activity seems to be attractive for kids, teens, and even adults. There were even a few people who seemed professional level. The kid begged us to do skating again the next day so she obviously enjoyed it.

I wish there was help in the parking lots. We initially thought the parking was outside Westin Galleria, but figured out that there were parking on the other side for the mall... good thing is the parking is free.. There's also a huge hotel right within the mall... there was also a skating rink, but in the mall and lots of them are enjoying their skates.. Name the brand and you have it here.. lots and lots and lots of shopping to do. Also Starbucks, juice, shops, and other places to eat within this mall. There was some work going on with escalators and had to walk around for other options... great location and convenient for anyone visiting Dallas.. slightly pricey with most shops.. worth the walk and time well spent here.. 4 stars ..

The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. It's clear Ms. Bailey leads by example, as the store's cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service truly stand out. I will absolutely be back and look forward to visiting again soon! There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before.
