They were eager to get your money but do no follow through on what they say about holding an apartment even after you give them the money to do that. They are very argumentative, they have zero patience, they lie about things, and they will not let you even let you fonish talking. They work as a team to give you the cuatomer a sense that you are not worth their time, but your money is. On a scale of 0-10 in customer service they rate at negative10. I am so disgusted with how the staff in the leasing office at Woodscape Apartments run this business. In a nutshell both were rude, deceitful, and don't belong in a place dealing with people.
