It is nice and clean and has full hook ups. There is no pool or anything recreational like that, though I do believe there is a game room and gym. Like I said we weren't there for that so I didn't check them out to even tell you what was in them or how they are. The restrooms were clean and have showers, we use the restroom and shower in our rig but did have to use the park restrooms a couple of times. It is a clean and quiet place where a lot of people are long term or residential guests. Please, if you are looking for a place to "rage", do not come here, it is not the place.

She always has a smile and is very courteous to everyone, and it is amazing to me how much work she does all by herself without any help on most days. I am proud and happy that I live here and wouldn't think of moving anywhere else. We did a walk through of their model home, only one available and it seemed like this might be a good possibility for us. When I did more research, I found that there are a lot of complaints about mobile home concerning the air conditioning condensation causing problems with the floor, other problems causing the roof to leak, etc. When I brought up my concerns with Miguel, he got very defensive and wouldn't give me any answers. He told me that the homes are built using California State codes and I should look up the codes with the state.... I said I don't want hypothetical from the state, I interested to know how you build your homes. He basically told me that this wasn't his responsibility, the factory builds the home to code, and I should check online with State's guidelines. Since he cannot tell me anything about how his company builds their homes or address any of my issues, I will not be using him. This is a shocking contrast to another company I spoke to that told me exactly how the home is constructed and how they address these issues and why they don't have them.

People park in your parking space constantly. VMA that owns it has rude and rather mean employees at their main office including the owners. It's very overpriced for what you get, which is just a dumpy lot, and you don't even get trash collection. You have to use communal dumpsters, but you'll pay about $98 per month just for those dumpsters. Their water and sewer pipes break every couple months, and there are days-long repairs that are very inconvenient.

I then met Melody the on site manager. After a short conversation with her I realized this was the same lady others were complaining about. I attempted to get an application to live in this park and was met with this ladies appalling personality. She started out by listing her demands for documentation, followed with a head to toe body check with her eyes as she smugly said "I need to make sure you can pay the rent". After gathering every iota of strength to keep the smile on my face, she then hits me with "if you have pets you cannot apply"....though the park currently houses pets. As I acknowledged I do have pets, she proceeded to snatch the application from me and say "I'll take that, you can't apply." The only way to properly describe her is that of the soup nazi on Seinfeld. Although this park is quiet and maintained, and there are laws regarding having pets in mobile parks, I'm going to dodge this bullet and buy elsewhere. This lady will not only hinder any chance of people buying here, she would also be the thorn in the side of the any selling party. All in all this place isn't worth the chances of harassment from this manager. No thanks.

What a pleasant surprise to work w/ a company that is professional and very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. They held our hand and kept us in constant communication so we knew what to expect. Fast forward a couple years later, unfortunately, we needed their services again because my aunt passed away and we asked if they could help sell my uncles mobile home, again in Mountain View. In both situations, which aren't good when someone passes and you have to deal w/ moving and selling off their goods, I have to say, they were very sympathtic to our needs, but most of all, very quick to respond and let us know what we needed to do, and they absolutely made this unfortunate situation easy to complete and move on and get my uncle moved north. On the plus side, the people were friendly, and the groundskeeper was fantastic. He even took my trash bag and got rid of it for me so I didn't have to go anywhere near the mess. I noticed he was always on the go, making sure everything around the campsite was clean apart from the trash area which had really no hope.
