You can call them with any questions, they are very helpful. Whenever I make a pastrami, I get it from Meat N' Bone. It is not a cut of meat that's easy to find, at least in my experience, and theirs is great quality and it always comes out amazing. I hosted for my family a "pre-Thanksgiving" dinner the week before TG and ordered 4 cuts of beef (plenty for 4 people). It was delivered right on time on the day I requested, so easy and dependable. I let them thaw over night and them added a bit of oil, salt and pepper to marinade for about 4 hours, I wanted us to try different cuts and ratings so I got a few wagyu 6s and wagyu - angus cuts including a rib eye, sirloin, and two filet mignons. They were all a huge hit - everyone loved them!

My original review indicated that Javier was the owner per his own words during my last adventure here. Well, I was obviously duped and Javier was a mere outgoing employee, but the man I was speaking with today is named Mel who vehemently advised that he is the actual Owner.
