The butcher counter has every meat you can think of, at competitive prices, whole oxtails, slabs of beef and pork, whole chickens, chicken feet, turkey legs, and 5 lb bags of chicken wings. There are a few varieties of fish, whole and filet. There's head-on and head-off shrimp and live blue crabs in season. Check out the frozen section too. You can call them with any questions, they are very helpful. Whenever I make a pastrami, I get it from Meat N' Bone. It is not a cut of meat that's easy to find, at least in my experience, and theirs is great quality and it always comes out amazing. I hosted for my family a "pre-Thanksgiving" dinner the week before TG and ordered 4 cuts of beef (plenty for 4 people). It was delivered right on time on the day I requested, so easy and dependable. I let them thaw over night and them added a bit of oil, salt and pepper to marinade for about 4 hours, I wanted us to try different cuts and ratings so I got a few wagyu 6s and wagyu - angus cuts including a rib eye, sirloin, and two filet mignons. They were all a huge hit - everyone loved them!
