Very thorough cleanings by competent hygienists, and I very much appreciate Dr. Adriene's approach and manner - she is straightforward, but willing to 'keep an eye' on a situation. In the past dentists generally criticized my teeth and recommended fillings "to avoid" situations. In the 7 years I have been coming to LeClair they have not upsold me once, and haven't pursued a single filling (wow!). My teeth are doing well. I moved away from beverly over 5 years ago, but still make the trek back every 6 months for a cleaning.

One of the fillings did not feel right and felt infected. I went back not once, not twice, but three times. On the third visit, they redid the filling. I had zero relief. They referred me to an endodontist. It turned out I had a raging infection, and I needed an emergency root canal. Then, I needed the crown placed. Adrienne used all of her force to place the crown on my tooth. In my head, I thought this can't be normal. Due to the level of force, a large chunk of cement was stuck between my teeth. Adrienne "flossed" it out and told me to keep flossing until it came out. After the horrible experience, I found a new dentist (who, by the way, complimented my teeth on the first visit!). In the meantime, LeClair was difficult when it came to sending my records. The crown tooth was still bothering me. It took over A YEAR of visits for the dental hygienist at the new practice to work out the cement. If she hadn't gotten it out, I would have needed a new root canal. They have to redo one of Adrienne's fillings, and the current dentist said, "You don't need a dental degree to see that this was not filled properly." Looking at some of the other reviews, I am not alone in my sentiments. Go to Martins Dental in Beverly or Northern Star Dental in Danvers. Both are excellent practices.

The first thing I noticed was how quiet , clean and how pleasant and helpful the office staff was. I was given a lovely young dentist and realized it was a young lady my son graduated high school with. Now if I will let a"kid" work on me , you must realize I was confident with Dr Dawna. She is gentle and knowledgeable. She and the office see that you are seen asap. and every thing is always explained. I would highly recommend the the practice. They are knowledgeable, positive and make things a lot easier for a nervous patient.

Dr Peter (Frasca) fixed my tooth, I started to go there, and have been going ever since. That was in 2005. Since then, my husband and 2 kids have been going there. My brother and his wife and kids, and my parents all go to the 2 Dr Frasca's. Most recently, Dr Sydney had to put in a crown into my very last tooth on the bottom. She explained that it had to feel perfect because that particular tooth does a lot of the work of the chewing. Well, it does fit perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Today I had a very brief visit (10 minutes) because I got a very tiny chip on the tooth next to one of my front teeth and she was able to fix it and make it invisible. Yes, she is a magician too. My kids even like going there! Highly recommend them, and their full staff. All their dental assistants, hygienists, and admin staff. Seems everyone has been there 10 or 15 or 19 years. And why not. It's a great place. We are very lucky to have found them.

This office seems to be all about money minus the actual kind of care and the treatment to help people get their dental care needs met they don't offer much else but waste your time and your insurance companies money for care that they don't even provide aside from the initial cleaning service they do cleaning services and they also provide the care that is not covered and expensive and unnecessary for patients, but aren't willing to actually give them real time and attention to fix the problems they are experiencing and don't care about saving teeth they care about charging the insurance companies even when they don't do any care They will clean your teeth however that's the extent of the care you will likely receive if you need any other kind of work done they don't care to help they will however book your cleaning within weeks and they don't have the time to book a filling thats 4 to 6 months out smh and they do offer the option of an extractions, unfortunately they aren't willing to provide that in their office they will likely send you elsewhere to have extractions provided , however thankfully for me the Dr whom was to do my extraction looked at my X-ray and was honest with me and asked why I was having my tooth removed and not getting any kind of saving treatment done on it and thankfully I switched my dentist to a different office and I still have that tooth that they would have had me get it extracted and it was not at that point and level of having it be extracted, but thankfully their are still good dentist out there that don't just care about the money only and they actually care for the people they bill without hesitation and sometimes without any actual care provided and i was hesitant to make this post but **if it saves someone else's time and unnecessary stress and pain it's worth the effort because this offices only interested in money minus the actual quality care involved they are not a good option for most people who need more than a cleaning kind of care but if you have the kind of teeth that only need cleanings and just the yearly cleanings than This is alright, an maybe to do unnecessary procedures that are expensive and not even covered by insurance companies because they aren't even necessary in the first place but if you can pay out of pocket for them then you got yourself a good chance at getting those needs met here, but If you need real care and want more than a polishing treatment and yearly cleaning kind of experience then go elsewhere .

I will find a new dentist that has a little more dental and people experience. I was very upset but I may have dodged a bullet not letting her do the work after her comments. I had told them that I just had x-rays from my previous dentist and did not need them (since I do not currently have dental insurance, cost is important to me) but they did not listen and gave me x-rays anyways. The dentist was rather aggressive in discussing an unrelated medical issue (which I already am managing with my PCP) and pushing some very expensive dental work. The last straw: I went in for a cleaning in March and they turned me away because of a health problem I had in February, and they said I had to wait 6 months or get a letter from my doctor. That part is fine and understandable, and I got a letter from my doctor saying I'm clear after 3 months. However, when I went back in early June the showed me a form that I needed to have my doctor sign, because the doctor letter was from March. I had never seen this form before , and if they provided me the form in March they would have been able to treat me at my appointment in June. Anyway, they're just very unprofessional and disorganized and I don't recommend them.

When you do, the office is required to refund you the overpayment after the insurance company goes through its billing and establishes a cost. This office has repeatedly refused to refund me the overpayment. My insurance has contacted them, informing them that they owe me almost $250 in refunds, but they still refuse to refund me. They are nothing but thieves and I would strongly suggest that you not have anything to do with them.
