Water everywhere. Not enough suction. A while back I brought my motorcycle gear in. When I went to check out I placed it on the floor right up against the wall closest to the staff upfront. This was not a tripping hazard. There was PLENTY of room for people to get through. An assistant and a patient came into the area where I was standing. The female assistant then said "we need to move this out of the way" She just started grabbing my gear and placing it up on the counter. Don't grab someone else's gear. It was not in the way. A line doesn't form up against the wall. There was only two patients present ready to check out. Ask the patient if you can move their gear. There aren't any signs posted showing patients where to stand in line. How RUDE and inappropriate. I have noticed a negative dynamic in the past with some staff upfront. I noticed recently when I was leaving a new staff member made sure not to make eye contact or say goodbye and I was in her close proximity. Very unusual. I have noticed small irritations with the Dentist. One involved an irritation regarding a tongue issue. Another involved an obvious impatient gesture, because I wasn't talking and/ or moving fast enough. If you ask a patient a question then expect them to answer. This is not about being overly sensitive. This is about wanting normalcy. Time to move on.

I visited her for fillers because of an Instagram special she was hosting for a really great price on a syringe of Juvederm! Upon arrival, the office has something on every other seat for social distancing if having to wait in the area. The receptionists and tech that assisted were kind and funny! They asked me questions on what I was wanting and helped to put me at ease. Dr. Astrid kept the conversation flowing, making you feel comfortable immediately. The experience was over fairly quick and results were exactly what I wanted! Go see her!

She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people, and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

The office is beautiful and very relaxing, and all of the staff are very professional and courteous. Dr Beard did a beautiful job and was very efficient. She put my dad at ease, and he is incredibly happy with the outcome. He will be visiting Dr Beard from now on for all his dental care.

Got talked into salvaging 2 teeth with cavities...so I spent a bunch of money getting them hollowed…read moreout and some weird new (probably not good for u) fillings put in...they didn't feel right but they said after another visit that they were good...shortly after while drinking a carbonated beverage one of the teeth chipped on the side wall ...I was travelling and could not go back . Called them the other day to see if they could just pull the 2 teeth and give me a discount..since the teeth r weakened from hollowing them out and I will get metal ones in time hopefully..nope..$370 per tooth extraction and they won't wave the xray..which I don't need...it's really not unusual . This is the standard practice in every American industry from what I see ..greed and insanity...I hate writing a comment but what can u do while waiting for the hammer to drop??
