It's all about the Bippo character, getting permission to take pictures to post on social media, giving the kids a gift after the visit, and things of this nature. Now, if you're thinking, well, this all seems like things that would help the child be comfortable, and want to return to the dentist. That would be a good assumption if the actual dental work area wasn't set up so badly. It's basically an open space. This means that they can see, hear, even smell all the other dental work going on, and that's insanely overstimulating to children. More specifically to our experience. After the dentist took a look at my son we were taken to a room to discuss further treatment. My son had some bad cavities, and I was told he would need to be given sedation, but not put completely out, and that he would be fastened to the chair, oh and that I could not be present for this. I left this place feeling helpless, crying, and not understanding how this could be the way to help my son. After I calmed down I looked around for other pediatric dentists, and found the care that he needed, and that I felt comfortable with. I hope other people have a good experience here, but I would never personally recommend this office to anyone I know.

Bippo's is a dentist geared towards kids…read more As you enter through the children's entrance, it is like walking into a play room. The walls are painted in bright colors and there are displays along the wall of what appear to be scenes from children's books. Inside the office there is a giant fish tank with several Nemo character fish. The fish tank is inside of a simulated rock formation. Kids can enter the rock formation and view the tank from behind too. There are also several computer touch screens mounted on the wall of the waiting area so kids can play games while waiting for the dentist. Outside is a giant playground with slides, etc. The staff here is very friendly. they understand kids, and make sure they are well taken care of. If it is their first trip, a costumed Bippo will come out and take a photo with your child. They then print the photo and give it to you before you leave. The dentists and hygienists do a very good job. They are patient with the children and explain things to the parents very thoroughly. I highly recommend this dentist office if you have children.

They gave her anesthesia and laughing gas and my daughter came out very disoriented. They used the old style of aluminum caps and fillings. They have a white amalgam on hand but they won't use it if your insurance won't pay for it, even if you agree to come out of pocket and pay for the better filling. I think they are just stingy with materials and don't want to take their time and do it right. They even told me that it's just a baby tooth, it will fall out anyway. The office secretary was rude. One Star - Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience…read more I brought my child to this office hoping for compassionate care, but instead, I was treated with blatant disrespect and discrimination because of my disability. The staff, particularly the dentist, spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I was a problem rather than a parent simply trying to advocate for my child. Rather than offering patience or understanding, I was met with rudeness and judgment. It was clear that my disability was viewed as an inconvenience, and I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. No parent should be made to feel this way--especially not in a place that claims to care for families. Disability is not a burden. It's unacceptable for any medical professional, especially one working with children and families, to behave this way. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially those in the disabled community. We deserve better.

I came in yesterday to do a consult with Dr. Bratcher and go over some cosmetic procedures I needed…read moredone, I was so nervous. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment she walked in! She was patient, understanding and so sweet it was a complete judgment free zone. I explained what I was trying to achieve and she led me to the best treatment plan. I go back in two weeks to do it and I can't wait! She was so down to Earth while being so confident we could get where we wanted to easily and it projected enough confidence in me that I knew I was in the right hands. I couldn't be more grateful and we haven't even done the procedure, I'll update once we do but I'm positive it's going to be amazing results. Update: went back today and got the smile of my dreams! Dr Bratcher and the dental assistant made everything a breeze. Amazing bedside manner, uplifting and personable ladies. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

Instead of taking responsibility for this poor service, I received a dismissive letter blaming us for "ongoing challenges" and "disrespectful behaviors." It feels like the office lacks accountability and concern for their patients' well-being. My experience at Dr. Kris's office was very disappointing. His staff was unprofessional and seemed indifferent to their patients. My daughter went without food from 7:00 PM on February 4 until 1:00 PM on February 5, waiting for an appointment that never happened. They know that every child they encounter is different! I'm not sure if they keep notes of the child's likes or dislikes but it certainly does seem like it. They are always prepared with the proper accommodations and willing to quickly adjust as necessary. Their patience is undeniable. We are never rushed and we are always allowed time in between steps to ensure comfort. During EVERY SINGLE VISIT they have allowed my child to be apart of the process and the decisions made while providing optimal care. They not only provide great care they educate him on the importance of great hygiene. They explain things so that he understands and makes them relatable. The hygienist asked me many times what my concerns were, and made sure to address them/ reassure me. I ended up having to get a filling and the team made it quick and painless (literally) The business has updated technological and medical equipment, and the staff are very transparent about costs before providing care!

The dentist examined and said they were going to consult an endodontist and they would call us about results. Weeks go by and nothing. I called twice no one ever answered and I left messages- no one returned my calls. Today I went to the office and I told the receptionist what was going on, it was pretty obvious they messed up by not even attempting to call us- it had been a month! The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. This dentist office has lost our business for good! They couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone or even have the dentist talk to me in person once I came to the office.
