While Linda…read moreis an excellent stylist, I found myself waiting too many times, sometimes for up to 1/2 hour or more after my scheduled appointment time. I can understand that as a busy stylist, Linda was running late at times but it seemed to become more of a pattern rather than a once in awhile experience. I never received a courtesy call or text ahead of time that she was running late or even any acknowledgement that I waited, such as a brief 'sorry for the delay.' Instead when I first mentioned it, there was an attitude of that's just the way it goes. I may have experienced this more than others as I got my hair cut very frequently. When I arrived for my last haircut at the scheduled appointment time and saw Linda was busy, I suggested I could run a quick errand and come back in 20 minutes. I was told it would be only 5 more minutes. I then sat in the waiting area for another half hour. For me, this was one time too many and I made the decision to go to a different salon. It is with some regret as I genuinely liked Linda in spite of the lack of courtesy around wait times, She was fun to talk with. But more importantly, I really liked the way she cut my hair. I always got a good haircut at a cost that was not prohibitive (I got a haircut every 4 weeks). If not for that, I would've left sooner.

I came in before my appointment to see who was good at cutting curly hair and she said she was. The set up of the stations is unique because it's private. It's like a cutting cubicle. The room is three sided. There is no getting up to go to get washed and then coming back to get cut or styled because the sink is in the room. The chair swivels to reach the sink and then back to reach the stylist. I had never got professional color done and she answered all my questions. The whole process seemed to take no time at all but I was actually there for over two hours. My hair came out very nice!

Took my son there for…read morehaircut and they said in order to use the coupon you need to have the MVP shampoo experience, so we had him shampooed as well. After shampoo they refused to honor the coupon and said it was for new customers only as determined by phone number. They would not allow him to set up a new customer profile with his phone number. he was there maybe once years ago and was always listed under my account as a child. The coupon loud and clear says it is good for a free haircut. I shouldn't need to have an attorney review coupons before using them. We'll both be getting our hair cut somewhere else moving forward.
