Coworker ordered a salad and wings... First off the burger was fantastic! Super juicy, nice thick crispy bacon, and cooked perfectly! The onion rings were perfectly crispy and had a nice crunch! Awesome! The wings, while big had an off taste to them. Would probably skip them. The salad my coworker said was ok. Overall a great place and will definitely be back! Good food and great service! Solid Bloody Mary's, solid food. No food complaints! The service was great as well. The location is okay, there is also no frills with the food presentation, though the taste of the food makes up for it. This place is absolutely amazing. My husband and I decided to do a last-minute brunch on our way out leaving Lake Havasu. The waitress advised us that the owner is unbelievable super hard-working and makes everything from scratch she's known for the biscuits and gravy. Located out at the outdoor mall next to the movie theater. Greeted by friendly host who let us select our seat and we chose the bar. Our server greeted us promptly and took our drink order and a few minutes later our food order. I went with the avocado toast which includes 1 egg and a thick slice of tomato. I also added hashbrowns- they weren't grease laden bonus. I love this breakfast - large portion!! 2 slices of sourdough cut in half with a generous amount of avocado and a nice sprinkle of seasoning. Egg over medium cooked perfectly. My only suggestion is I wish the tomato was sliced thin so I could place a piece on each half slice of avocado toast. I would order this again and again. My Guy ordered sausage and scrambled eggs with pancakes. He enjoyed his breakfast and lucky me he shared the big fluffy pancakes. Yum!!! $28 for two meals and an ice tea with great service... Perfect way to start the day! Hubby had the Two Pancake breakfast with a side hash browns. Daughter had the French Toast with whip and berries and I had the Two Egg breakfast with hash browns. Restaurant is clean, cool and welcoming. Staff is attentive and food is delicious. Wish we had a few more days to eat here again. Definitely coming back when we visit Lake Havesu. read more

Wow. I am shocked to be writing this but here we are. Normally we have excellent food at the Northside Grill but today must have been an off day. We ordered the patty melt. It was very, very dry. There was one tiny piece of bacon in the whole sandwich. Usually the patty melts are very juicy and come with more than just one piece of bacon. The onion rings tasted more like corn batter rather than onion. Way over battered and the portion size was significantly smaller. I guess that was a good thing today. Again I'm shocked at the quality of the food today. Northside grill is my spot for when I'm visiting town after today maybe I'll have to rethink my choices for lunch next time. Like I said maybe today was an off day which sometimes happens in a kitchen but nevertheless it was not good today. Hoping for better experience next time IF we decide to come back. read more

Service is super slow only 3 tables were served food during the 2 1/2 hours we were there. It took 45 minutes to get a bloody Mary and when I asked to see the manager because I had ordered to go food that was wrong. He instantly had an attitude and walked up to my table and said very loudly WHAT are you trying to get something for free. I showed him my receipt and told him NO I've already paid i'm just trying to understand how it could take two and a half hours for 3 tables.To get there food. And he said" we make the tickets in the order, they get them and then move on to the next one." I then got a refund for the to go meal never recieved and told the waitress good luck out here thats fucking crazy to make one table at a time. And she told me we've been here 2 years dont come back. Horrible customer service slow slow slow and although iam sure the waitress has no control over who eats in there I would never wait 2 1/2 hours for a 2 egg breakfast with a bloody mary and an omelet with a soda and 2 short stacks which in the end was only 1 pancake in a box. read more

This little tucked away gem is one of Havasu best kept secret. There has been many restaurants that have been in this location. Northside grill has been the best, from the food to the service, you can not beat it. My wife and I have tried a good selection of the menu and I have not had a bad thing. Everything we have eaten has been fresh hot and tasty. It is a real struggle to pick which is the best time to go, their breakfast is very good, lunch has big portions, and dinner is savory. It is nice that its kind of tucked away making the ambiance relaxed and casual. The prices are very reasonable especially for the amount of food you get. Service was slow and our waitress was not attentive to our needs. I had a smothered green chili burger. The green chili tasted just like Stokes green chili out of the can. There was not enough green chili to consider it as being "smothered" and what was provided soaked into the bun making the bun soggy so I asked for more green chili. Upon reviewing our receipt we noticed that an additional charge was added for that small amount of that green chili. The hamburger was dry appearing to be overcooked. The french fries were good and we received a hefty portion of them. We do not feel our meals were worth the cost. Because this place is considered to be a grill" it is probably OK if you want to have a few drinks and try sitting on the porch outside however, we were not impressed with their food and will not be back. read more

First time trying this new place. Came on recommendation and seeing a photo of the loaded bloody Mary. Ordered the Eye Opener(only bloody Mary on the menu) and it came with 2 olives and citrus. It was a good bloody Mary, but not what I was hoping for. I asked about the loaded one and they have it, but for some reason, it's not on the menu. Soooooo breadfast... I ordered an omelet with Swiss cheese and bacon. Wait staff came back. "No swiss". Ok. Make it cheddar. Omelet shows up. 1 half has filings. The other half is egg only. Ok. Well I'm hungry so just eat. Got through the egg only side of the omelet. Got to the fillings. No bacon in it. Waived down the wait staff. Let her know what was up and that I was done.
