Alex was excellent from start to finish. His work ethic was outstanding. The scheduling of the appointment was very easy. As we approached the service date, he communicated details effectively. On day of service, he kept us notified as our time slot approached. He arrived on time. He estimated 2 hours, and he finished on time. Alex was extremely thorough: cleaning windows, screens, siding, trim, gutters, bricks, stone, and metal roofing. He also included deck washing and walking stone/pavers as part of the work. Moreover, he pressure washed our front porch bench for free. Everything was extremely clean, with many items restored to like new condition. The whole process of getting our house washed was very easy. I sent some pictures of my house to Alex via text and he got back to me with a quote very quickly. We set a date for him to come out and he kept in contact with me via text when rain was forecasted for the day. After he came and power washed my house, I was shocked at the difference. Alex just finished our house in downtown Round Hill and I can't say enough about 1) the ease and professionalism of the entire transaction, 2) his rates, or 3) the results! I have a late 1800s home with a 2005ish addition. Renovations in process forever and we were worried about peeling paint from old sections being made worse. Alex's soft wash technique was desirable for the mitigation of any damage to home or surroundings. (He's also insured) He gives a good overview on his FB page. He took an email from my husband, answered a few questions by email, walked the house, provided a detailed quote, scheduled, arrived on time as promised, performed fabulously and left with no disruption to my workday... all for extremely competitive rates. Had I known I would have done this months ago! Alex did a great job power washing our Leesburg home. He got nearly 20 years of mold and mildew off our vinyl siding and also made our driveway, sidewalk, and stone patio look like new.
