We told the salesperson that it would be stored outside and that a weak female needed to be able to start it up. The salesman sold us model eu3200i for a total of $3500. We brought it home and next day when we tried to start, it would not start! Went on reviews and found out that this was a common problem with this model; that if you didn't get it started on the first pull it floods. That it wasn't meant to be stored in the cold. Called the manager who gave no apology and stated we would lose money if we brought it back. He said that the oil needed to be changed due to the viscosity so it would start in cold weather but THIS NOT TRUE! IT IS BRAND NEW!!!!
