I went and took their mechanic for a drive. he experienced the transmission issue, car is still there and they notify us that the financing didn't go through. I have never heard of auto financing withdrawing a week and a half after you buy a car!!! my opinion is that they just don't want to fix the car and will sell it to some other person hoping it makes long enough that they can get out of fixing it. totally unimpressed with the so called maintenance departmen. I would not let them air up a tire more or less let them do any actual mechanical work, The entire place lacks professionalism !!!!!!
