Would not recommend! I submitted an inquiry for gutter cleaning and never heard back, so I decided to just call the company directly . After kindly providing my name and address over the phone , the owner refused to service me because I asked that they try looking up my service address online first, as the website mentions, rather than sending a stranger to my family home . Not sure who pissed in his coffee today, but if you can't respect someone's right to privacy, nor honor the information given on your website, this is not a company I would like to support . read more

Northside has done power washing for our place of business for I think 4 years now. Gene the owner was on the job and was the one who visited to do the quote. He's super professional, with great follow up and great customer service. He and his team power washed the patios around our business and on some select spots where algae was growing on the building. We are talking about a few thousand square feet of power washing! They use "surface washers"--rotary power washing heads that don't leave bands or streaks like using a wand. Was a little annoyed at first when the crew showed up early and were expecting me to rush home but I quickly got over that. When I arrived there was a crew of 5 men outfitted and ready to jump on the job. They cleaned ALL of my glass surfaces including mirrors to my pleasant surprise. I was on the phone working and they were so quite and efficient I did not even realize they were done and gone an hour later when I went to go find out how it was going. Would definitely recommend doing business with this company! They stand behind their work and make sure the customers are happy in the end. If something didn't get cleaned they do the research to see how to get it cleaned. Had irrigation rust spots on my driveway that didn't get removed through the pressure washing and Scott the owner personally did research and found a product that did the job!! Yesterday, November 16, 2016, I had my windows and gutters cleaned by Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning. They sent a team of 3 people. All 3 were professional and polite. They did an excellent job on the cleaning of my windows, which probably has not be cleaned in 20 years! (We just bought the house this year.) I am a repeat customer of three years with this company because they have always done a great job. I was in the middle of scheduling my spring cleaning when I received an updated quote of a $100 increase in my usual price. When I called to inquire, I was told there was a change in ownership and all existing customers since 2018 had to be re-evaluated. I explained that this was not told to me upon initial scheduling of my cleaning and asked that the original price be honored due to the miscommunication and being that I am a loyal customer. I explained that I'd be willing to pay the upcharge going forward and was only asking for the original price to be honored this cleaning. Unfortunately, the GM, Nathan, was unwilling to work with me. Instead, he let $100 get in the way of a repeat and loyal customer. Very disappointing. read more

Literally, as good as it gets!!!! These guys are the best. On-time, EXTREMELY professional, and one of the best contractors I've dealt with. I had loose gutters and they needed repairs. At no cost, they fixed them and cleaned as I wanted. I gave them a tip and got a quote for window cleaning. Once the wife gives the go-ahead, Matt and his crew are coming back out. The cleaners arrived on time and were very nice. The reason I gave their service only 4 stars is because I saw dirty water drippings on several windows and on trim. There were also windows with obvious smudges. Also, I was glad it was a house cleaning day because there was a lot of debris left on the carpet and hardwoods. Not to mention dirty water drips on the hardwoods and tile. Lastly, a couple of dirty rags were left on property. I probably would call again for an estimate, but address these issues in advance. read more
