After kindly providing my name and address over the phone , the owner refused to service me because I asked that they try looking up my service address online first, as the website mentions, rather than sending a stranger to my family home . He's super professional, with great follow up and great customer service. He and his team power washed the patios around our business and on some select spots where algae was growing on the building. We are talking about a few thousand square feet of power washing! They use "surface washers"--rotary power washing heads that don't leave bands or streaks like using a wand. Was a little annoyed at first when the crew showed up early and were expecting me to rush home but I quickly got over that. When I arrived there was a crew of 5 men outfitted and ready to jump on the job. They cleaned ALL of my glass surfaces including mirrors to my pleasant surprise. I was on the phone working and they were so quite and efficient I did not even realize they were done and gone an hour later when I went to go find out how it was going.
