Okay, so I have no clue what boarders like or need, but they have a nice selection of things that one could ask for....I tried to be like Tony Hawk and do a 920 McTwist, but wouldn't you know McDonald's doesn't serve anything like that. I think Avril Lavigne was there last time but that's unconfirmed :) I have twice been here in the past 3 months getting tires fixed (flats) that cost me less than $12 (including labor) each to fix. - That's fantastic! I have found him extremely kind, funny and genuine. The bad? Really nothing. I can say that the other employees are young (late teens - early 20's) and aren't very polished with customer service skills/interactions so it seems that they are very awkward speaking to people. The prices for the bikes (not accessories) are higher than your average Target or Trash-mart (Walmart) but the lifetime tuneups and service well make up for it. Plus, I'm a huge small business supporter.
