New Update. Without understanding the full scale of bikes to available mechanics. Also, not understanding the dynamics of the business. I do have to say that I did not expect 5 weeks and a significant cost to improving my Road King. Now, I can say that the work was done and the bike looks, runs and sounds amazing. So, great job and thank you to the guys/gals at Ray C's. Finally, ask about the waiting time. Set all the work up to drop off in October, pick it up in May. Free winter storage, lol. JK. Actually a great idea. Update: Ray C's Service has guaranteed my bike to be done in a week. 5 weeks waiting to ride is a bitch. I get it. They are backed up with tons of service work and can only do so much per day. 10 great technicians vs hundreds of bikes. I can agree that we all have to wait our turn. Just be patient & communication goes a long way. Original Post: My 2015 HD Road King has been at Ray C's for 5 weeks. 5 God'damn weeks! WTF! Two new tires, new breaks, oil change, parasitic drain fix, new battery, new decorative tail lights, license plate holder and Ciro filler break-turn lights. I was told I got bumped again, for 2 new bike issue's. WTF type of Customer Service is this!!! I lost my ride for a third of the God'damn summer. worst service ever my buddy and i were out on a bike run when i picked up a nail in my front tire i hobbled into ray'cs at 3:30 pm they close at 4 and was told by their service manager that they were closed already and there was nothing they would do to help me out . there was still plenty of people in and around the store . what ever happened to never leave a biker stranded witch i was had to wait for a buddy with a Trailor to come and pick me up Ray"cs i will tell everyone about how you treated a fellow biker you have lost my respect and my business read more

I completely understand things are backed up due to covid but with that being said, the customer service is awful! I waited 5 weeks from the time I put my deposit down until I received my bike. The wait wasn't the issue, the lack of communication was my issue! My salesperson never reached out to me to update me, not once! I had to call numerous times and even had to call the sales manager which then gave me more info on the order wait time. Then after the bike was delivered to them the build team broke a piece of plastic putting it together! I chose to pick up the bike and wait for the part to come in... as log today 6-7-21, 17 days since I picked it up and I once again have to call and see what's going on. Not once did the salesperson pick up the phone and send a simple message saying what was going on. I can promise you one thing, I will never buy anything else from Ray C's and I will never recommend them to anyone! They don't care about their customers one bit! Oh, and they haven't once offered to make it right. nothing! Smdh read more

Terrible customer service and unreliable. Parts are never on time and when you get them they are usually wrong or not what you asked. Very few parts and accessories are ever in stock. I would drive the extra miles to go to a different dealer or just order online. read more

Customer service is terrible! Brought our bike just for a tire and battery, was told it would be done at 1:00, we come to pick it up "oh, it won't be done until 3:00" no phone call no sorry just rude and abrupt. Fantastic bunch of guys. Over the past 10 years, I've purchased 4 new machines from them, Yamaha PW50, Kawasaki Bayou, and a couple of months ago, 2 seadoo sparks. Speaking to Ray jr, his sales staff, and his service personell was all a great experience start to finish. If I were forced to speak anything negative about the company, it would be that sometimes you may have to wait on hold a while or leave a message with service. But even that, I understand because when I've had to use their service department was always in the peak riding season. read more
