I told her I didn't have an appointment I had car troubles the night before and had to stay in a motel & I believe it's just my parking brake that's locked up that needs to be released. She said she could probably get me in this afternoon definitely tomorrow morning. I told her I was on my way home to Toronto last night when my brake locked up and I had to CAA it there and stay the night in a motel and if it was all possible I would really like to get home today but I understood if it wasn't possible. She then talked to one of the mechanics (again didn't get his name) but he took my Jeep inside and by 10 a.m. I was on my way home with a fully functioning parking brake again and smile on my face and no money out of pocket. I was blown away by the customer service! They helped me out so fast and at no charge! You don't get service like this in Toronto. I wasn't expecting it but it made my day. I just want to say thank you to that woman in the service department and that mechanic in the service garage for getting me on my way. This Chrysler dealership has excellent customer service and excellent mechanics, and although I didn't try them there was a couple of dozen freshly baked cookies on the counter. You just don't see this in Toronto. Thank you Laurentian Chrysler for restoring a little faith back into dealerships for me. Cheers!

Sometimes being a older lady, it's hard to get good service, or technicians that try to understand or fix the issues. I've never had bad service, in fact I would prefer to go here than NISSAN any day. All of the techs and the admin folks know be by name and look after me like family. I had a strict timeline for getting my car road worthy since I was planning a big road trip shortly after acquiring it, which they were able to meet however I did have an issue with one of the repairs while I was away in the US. After calling Jim's in a panic they assured me their work and parts did have a warrantee and there wouldn't be any out of pocket expense to me to get the car repaired again. The crew at Jim's especially Steph went above and beyond and would call the mechanic in the states to get updates on my car because he yelled at me every time I called him, and then handled payment for everything to fix the problem. As a side note I also purchased tires from the OK Tire next door to Jim's which they made very easy to do and were able to do to help get everything done on time for me at a better price than Fountain Tire in New Sudbury offered me. Really appreciate Steph getting yelled at on my behalf and doing everything to remedy the issue for me!

I got out to ask where I was suppose to park my van. They were too busy helping put a tonneau cover on a truck and giving free service to a woman getting two doors fixed. They did the job and I paid. As I'm strapping my 8 month old back the lady says "what's this guy doing" and then with attitude they said to me, "are ya gonna leave, we're waiting for you". To which I said "yes in 1 second" to which the worker said "okay, 1". When it began stalling at every stop and became a safety hazard, the dealership offered to auction it off and let me trade in at their dealership. The next vehicle was a brand new 2025 Pacifica, which I owned for only 6 days. They sold me this vehicle on the premise that it was "the most reliable vehicle on the lot". Within the first 12 hours of owning it, it had to be towed to the dealership because it would not start, even after being boosted and charged for 1.5 hrs. I said I wanted a refund and was told that I was "holding them hostage" when I said i did not want to take the van back. They insisted that it was fixed, called me repetitively while I was at work and ultimately drove to my place of work to force me to take back this van (on the same day that they told me it was fixed). After it was "serviced" and returned to me, it had to be towed back again 4 days later for the exact same reason - would not start. It's been auctioned off again but Doyle Dodge will only refund the amount that they got at the auction which represents several tens of thousands in financial loss. If you would like to buy "luxury" vehicles only to lose money, be made to feel like a burden, be harassed at your place of work and get the run around from staff, this is the place for you.
