I purchased a sign from this company a few years ago with no issues. Since then, the lettering of…read morethe signs have basically disappeared, due to weather and age. I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

The person who was helping him, though she also looked fairly small, said to pull his car around, and she would bring it out for him. Just in the 20 minutes that I was in there waiting in line I saw genuine customer service for the first time in a long time. People being very helpful and nice and I didn't even mind how long the wait was because you could see that they were really trying to make sure that everyone got everything that they needed before they were done with them. So I'd pay higher prices for a little kindness and service.
