They came out the next day, diagnosed our existing mini-split, and provided a quote for a replacement system. The quote was reasonable, and there were discounts and rebates available. We ultimately chose Derryberry's based on the reviews, pricing, and warranty. Scheduling was easy, and the installation team was efficient and professional. My husband was especially happy with the quality of the Mitsubishi mini-split installation, which says a lot given our previous experiences. We've had the system for about a month so far and everything has been working well. I'll update this review over time because, in my opinion, the true test of an HVAC installation is how the system performs years down the road and how the company handles any maintenance or warranty issues that arise.

Nashville Solutions answered my call yesterday afternoon and were here today, promptly at noon. Demetric did an awesome job and was super nice. The price was less than I expected and the AC is already running great. He vacuumed up the water overflow in the drip pan, cleared the pipe running outside that a previous owner had caulked over, and then cleaned the unit and topped off the freon. I will definitely be using this business again and would recommend them.

I have used Four Leaf HVAC in the past with success.  I thought I could trust them until I had four…read moretoilets replaced about six months ago.  One of the toilets was not sealed properly and water leaked under the tile with every flush,  It went into the bathroom wall and wasn't noticed until mold began appearing behind the toilet.  We had to tear out the whole bathroom and wall to get at the problem.  I contacted Bill at Four Leaf, and he came out telling me that he would turn the matter over to his insurance company.  Nothing ever came of this and now he isn't returning my calls.  Mistakes can happen, but failure to accept responsibility for them is not acceptable for a businessman.  I am facing $8,000 to $10,000 to repair my bathroom.  If he would talk to me, he would know that I only ask from him or his insurance company $2,000.  So now I have no choice but to advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere for HVAC and plumbing services because Four Leaf does not stand behind their work and cannot be trusted.
