Yesterday, the Heritage techs arrived to do the job. They did a quick system check and noticed freon was not low and like it should be if there was a true leak and I was told did not need to spend $3000.00 on a new coil unit !!! After further discussions, we identified that this Airbnb was having the coil freeze due to renters lowering the temperature to 50°.
