Police had my bike towed by them for alleged street racing. A goated worker named leo explained the towing procedure and what he did when I called him from the lot. The bike was leaking coolant for some reason neither worker or I knew why then he came down 45 mins to help fix it due to it just being the hose clamp came alittle loose. Leo even offered to tow it to my house free of charge when we weren't sure we could fix it. read more

When we called back that afternoon to schedule the tow, I asked for an exact price and I was told the exact amount couldn't be given at the time. This company has zero disregards for other human life as this morning a driver in their Blue GMC almost hit multiple cars, jumped the intersection from the turn lane on west, and barker to cut multiple cars off. When I called their dispatch the response I got while trying to make a complaint as I was almost involved in an accident due to this was shut the F*** up you Who**, and then was hung up on. They then called back 2 mins later because amongst the yelling I informed them that I filed a police report. I need to share a wonderful story about something that happened today. An elderly lady was trying to find her way to my home this afternoon and though i was trying to help her via phone directions, the problem was only getting worse, not better. After 20 minutes of trying everything I knew to do to help her, I finally gave up. I asked her please pull off the road into the first gas station or convenience store that she could find and try to find someone that looked like they knew where they were going and ask for help! She did just that. She was fortunate enough to approach a wrecker driver named Tyler and tell him that she was lost. I asked her to give Tyler her phone and let me speak to him. He asked where she needed to go and I gave him my address. I asked if he could direct her to get her headed the right direction and then I'd talk to her over the phone and get her here. He said that he would. A few minutes passed and I hadn't heard from her so I tried to call. She didn't answer and so I called Tyler's phone to see if she was still standing there with him. He answered and said "well what we ended up doing was that I just am driving ahead of her car to your house so she can get there." I was blown away by his extreme, kindness and consideration. Who does that? Just so incredibly kind and sweet of him to help this elderly woman who was clearly very lost. There is no telling what would have happened to her or where she would have ended up today, had he not jumped in to help her. I cannot thank him enough and would hope that his employer is beyond thrilled to have such a great young man in their employ. The next time I need a wrecker, I am calling Tyler! BEWARE. Wish I could give zero stars. They are crooked. We declined using their body shop and told them our body shop would be there to pick up within the hour. Fast forward 30 minutes and they took the car to a storage lot who refused to give it to our body shop's wrecker driver without us being present. If you ever have to get a tow, make sure that it's not by this company. They demanded "142 dollars cash money" as soon as they lifted my vehicle, even though I was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything up front. Then my vehicle was towed to their lot, District 4 Auto Storage, where it was held hostage for awhile, despite the fact that I signed a release form. They drained my insurance for more than $600 in fees. These guys are slime balls and try to take advantage of people in unfortunate situations. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My wife's car got hit and they towed her car (Their towing name is North way wrecker #891) to their lot and they gave her false information on what she could give to get her car release and when she got upset, they hung up on her. I called them back being perfectly reasonable and told me my wife had an "attitude problem and needs to lose that before she can pick up her car". She is the customer and she is always right. Not apparently to these people. When I mentioned she was upset and maybe you could explain to your customers better, he cut me off and said, "Don't try to put this back on me." It is completely illegal for them to try and hold someones car and our insurance is reporting them. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well and I couldn't even find them in their database. Another reason not to use them. read more

The guy I talked to gave me a hard time about everything I had to ask when i needed my car towed. Ended up calling another place cause he was so rude. This company is going to kill someone rushing to get a job at the scene of an accident. I've seen a truck from this company twice drive reckless enough to cause a fatality. The first was running a definite solid red light (it had turned red a few seconds prior and the driver didn't make any attempt to slow down, they sped up). The second time, the truck was going close to probably 70 MPH down highway 6 (posted speed limit is 40) and used the right hand turn lane to pass traffic at a light and go straight through it as if it were an emergency vehicle. Dangerous enough as it is, but even worse at excessive speeds. Also, wanted to add that a neighbor on nextdoor reported being cussed out when she called the dispatch center to inform them she was almost hit by a speeding truck, it sounded dramatic, until I just read another review on here where a driver swore at and yelled racial slurs at someone else. Apparently they have no problem swearing up a storm to anyone that inconveniences them. Don't give this place your business. read more

I hate this place. They are crooks and absolutely con artists. My car has been in this wrecker yard for 6 days and every time my insurance tries to pick up the vehicle they are never there, will never answer the phone, and refuse to offer any assistance or secondary number. They have no management and are violating their customers to a degree I have never seen. My car now has 800 dollars worth of fees attached to it because they refuse to run their business properly. There have. Been reports that they purposely unplug their phone to cause this additional burden and fee rack ups. To top it all off they can not find my key to my vehicle which will cause additional stress for me and my insurance. I am currently reporting you to the better business bureau of investigations because you refuse to answer your phone or treat me like a human being.
