I then drove to Bob Johnson West where I was told they (Frank, the service manager) wouldn't cover the damaged tires and that the truck had been aligned before the sale which is a part of their supposed certified check-list. I took the truck to a mechanic before I went there where the mechanic informed me that the truck still had the original plastic on the alignment assembly which means that they did not fully align the truck and have now lied to me about it instead of owning up to their mistake. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They do not stand behind their promises and will happily lie to your face to save a few hundred dollars. I wasn't pressured either, also a big plus in anyone's book. Atmosphere in the dealership professional but relaxed. It has none of the stereotypical shady feel some used car dealerships can have. Whole process was quick and they washed and waxed my car before bringing it out. Interior was immaculate too. I'm trying to think if I've missed anything. Oh yeah, price negotiating was easy. In the end, I ended up getting a fair price. I say "fair" because it was reasonable for both sides. Let's be real here, it's a business and their job is to make money. Garber seems to be a little better on prices than a competitor, and I think that's because they deal more in volume. I've dealt with other dealerships before who literally would barely budge on prices and I don't know about you but I get pretty turned off in those instances. I think things proceeded faster than typical for me, because I knew exactly what I wanted beforehand, therefore they didn't have to convince me of a specific vehicle. If you want to get a purchase done in a speedy way, know what it is you want ahead of time and then inform them that you are ready to buy. So, to sum it up, this is the best used car dealership that I've ever been to, honestly. Definitely check them out people.
