(wish I could give them zero stars) So to make a long story short, just live most of the other one…read morestar reviews, I had a list of things that needed to be taken care of; some were taken care of, others were not. Had it for a month and the starter went a few days ago leaving my wife stranded in -5 weather in parking lot with a heater that at best, half works. Just like the other one star reviews I'll be getting the work done on my own (from a reputable mechanic) since every time I asked them to make things right it was done half way. Although I really should have had a professional look this thing over before buying. It would have saved me a lot of $$ I remember when we first came to check out the suv the guy came running outside with the carfax acting like it hadn't been in an accident (it had.. turns out the frame is bent and it also had a crap motor installed due to whatever accident so when we bought it the SN on the body was different than the SN on the engine) As one person said, one headlight was clean and the other was cloudy. In the first 2 months of purchasing it they had it for over a month, going back and forth to "repair issues". Their "60 point inspection" is also part of their hogwash sales pitch. Update: less than 2 years later, our car needs a new engine. Turns out it's burning oil and the head gasket is leaking. Our mechanic also advised that it didn't have the original engine and "stop leak" was used on the radiator. Which means they knew it was messed up before selling it. The starter was bad, the engine was crap. I had even begged for them to take the car back and they refused. Stay away from these crooks! Testa di cazzo venditore!

This review is about the sister dealership (Roc E-Z Auto) and the only reason it's getting to stars…read moreis because Ralph was a sweetheart and was very patient with this entire series of issues. I bought my car in November of '24... was extremely happy about it! And then the check engine light came on 6 months later... I took it into a mechanic that is highly trusted and was told that I had multiple leaks and that my ball joint was one good pothole away from my tire flying off. They said for everything they found wrong with my car, it should never have been sold to me. Now. I trust my mechanic. But I wanted to be sure and I got a second opinion. Cue me taking my car to ridgeview motors. They said they have never seen my car before (mind you. This place is a sister company to Summit view and Ridgeview. Same owner) at that shop. And even the mechanic at Ridgeview told me the car never should have been sold to me. Fast forward to after all of that got done and paying out of my own pocket. Check engine light still hasn't gone off. So I had a diagnostic check run on it... and the code coming back is a catalytic converter bank one code. I call them AGAIN and ask what was going on. Because at this point I'm irate that I bought a $12k car that I'm ending up spending the equivalent of my down payment in repairs on... I told them I wanted to speak with the owner because this is ridiculous. Ball joints and a cat converter don't go within 6 months to a year on a freshly inspected car! And since it was outside of the requirements for me to enact the lemon law, I wanted something to be done for the fact that I was sold a faulty car! I went into Summit View and asked to speak to the owner or whoever was in charge and Steve (the manager at the time) told me that the owner would get in contact with me in a few days. It is now December of 2025 (6 months after I was told the owner would get in touch with me) and I have not heard a single thing from the owner. I was also told that the owner would refrain from contacting me for as long as possible just so that everything that's wrong wouldn't be covered by a warranty and he wouldn't have to pay or fix anything. With the amount of money I spent in repairs already, I'm contemplating suing this location or even the owner directly because I was sold this car under the implication that it was able to pass inspection and I wouldn't have to do anything in terms of repairs which is a form of fraud! This is beyond ridiculous and I absolutely do not advise anyone to buy from Roc EZ EVER...! Honestly contemplating going to another dealership, seeing if they'll take my car, pay off the rest of it, and get me a new car that isn't riddled with problems... never again will I buy from here again.

Kaya was great! It was such a breath of fresh air since talking to car salespeople can be so…read morestressful because it can feel very pushy and they're always trying to make you buy more - but Kaya was so nice and direct, it felt more like having a conversation with a friend. We had already test driven the car and knew which model and trim that we wanted and she was very honest and understanding of our position. We were very appreciative that she was willing to work with us and we were able to reach a deal in about 30 mins, definitely the easiest/best experience I've ever had buying a car. 10/10 would recommend, ask for Kaya!

The process was not at all an award winning customer service experience…read more My first visit there to look at cars, I was greeted by Ray, who seemed nice, and said if we got a car they would even throw in a Josh Allen cardboard display after my mother commented on getting a picture with one. I took a Forester for a test drive while they were looking to give me an estimate for my current Outback. The Forester was nice. When I got back to the dealership after the test drive, they offered me $1,000 less than any other dealer that I had been to. They also refused to honor their advertised$2,500. The female manager (do not remember the name) said that was most likely going to be junked because of an exhaust leak (true), needing new tires, and being older. The tires have a total of about 15,000 miles on them and were in good shape. The entire "inspection" lasted a few minutes, was started for less than a minute, and never moved from the parking spot. I left a message with one of the executive team to try and get the terms and conditions on the advertised extra trade in value since I did not believe them, and got a call back from Justin who said that it was made clear to all the employees that the promotion was not supposed to be handled like they did at all, and it would be honored. Afterwards, I worked with the GM Zach a little, and the sales person Mercy who were both polite. At no point during the conversations with any of the employees did anyone get in the car and show, or talk about any of the features. Nor was any of the paperwork explained, other than to say what the name of the paperwork was. The only person that I would recommend dealing with is the finance person who very nicely explained all of the options for possible extended warranty and protection plans. Zach did offer to certify the car through the Subaru certification program, which I had asked about. They would not work on the price or anything else, I am assuming because of being forced to honor the trade in deal. The only reason I continued there is because of the trade in deal made financial sense to me. I wouldn't say I got a good deal, but it was a fine one for what seems to be a tough market. As we were finishing up, I asked about the Josh Allen cutout that had been mentioned on our first visit. Somehow they conveniently ran out of them in the 4 days since first visiting. Of course, pay no attention to the few that are sitting around the show room. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from West Herr, I would go to one of the other stores in hopes that they may have better people since they will drive any of their vehicles to their other stores to be looked at. My experience here was rather impersonal and not very informative. I will also add that Ian at Van Bortel Subaru in Henrietta was an excellent representative to talk to, and I was a little disappointed that I was not able to come to a deal with him. If the deal at all makes sense, I would absolutely take my business there.
