(in case his questions didn't encompass everything) several times, and then did an in-depth physical exam of reflexes, sensory, etc. He was really thorough and a STARK contrast to the neurologist I saw for the same issue a year and a half ago who spent 5min with me after waiting 4mo for the appointment. Would HIGHLY recommend this doctor who very clearly exercises his profession with real conviction.

Dr. Thompson essentially took one look at it and knew what the problem was. He gave me a few minimally-invasive things to try for a couple of months (hey, what's a couple of months when you've been suffering for years!?!). Based on the results from those interventions, he was able to confirm the diagnosis and we quickly arranged the surgery. Sure it hurt, but wow, was it worth it! You can barely see the scars and the process overall was remarkably pleasant. Most of the staff have been consistently kind and professional. Let me say that this man appears to be a UNICORN in the world of medicine. His reading of the MRI, that she got through the other Dr, was in stark contrast to what the other Dr. had said which was, "You need surgery." We are so grateful to have been introduced to him. She will not be having surgery and after asking him about PT, he told her it was not necessary and that she could go out and play tennis (slowly) and just listen to her body. Tylenol, ice packs, Aspercream - nothing helped. By Monday morning, I had had little sleep for 3 nights with a constant throbbing in my shoulder. I call SW Shoulder Elbow and Hand Center and they were able to get me into a doctor that morning. I saw Dr Sameer Jain at the north Oracle office. He did a bunch of X-rays and discovered that my issue was not as dire as thought. After an injection in my shoulder, he sent me on my way with a follow up in 2 months to ensure the problem had resolved itself. I can't say enough good things about our interaction with him. Originally when my husband saw him the x-rays indicated that the wrist was just fractured, so he was fitted with a removable splint. However, he asked my husband to come back in two weeks to retake x-rays since there was so much swelling. Dr. Becker wanted to be sure it was healing properly. When my husband went back it, and the swelling had gone down, the x-rays actually showed it was broken, so he put a cast on it. Six weeks later it was completely healed. He was very thorough with my husband's care and has a great bedside manner. We would absolutely recommend Dr. Becker.

We are seniors in our 80's. We have learned since from a trusted chiropractor that drop tables are typically not used with seniors with degenerative discs, as the "quick thrust" can be damaging. Evidently Dr Kenworthy didn't read the extensive forms we filled out, which included degenerative disc. Medicare was billed $58 for the 5 minutes on the table.

I have seen Dr. Endean for chronic shoulder pain and knee pain. I had a decompression surgery to…read morereduce impingement on my shoulder done many years ago, and was sure I was heading down this path again. After ordering an MRI and learning it was more of a tendonitis issue, Dr. Endean was supportive that I had visited a rolfer who loosened the muscle tightness surrounding my shoulder, and sent me for physical therapy to strengthen the muscles and tendons. I was very relieved and pleased that he didn't rush me into another surgery and didn't scoff at the fact I found relief in a non-pharmaceutical way. My shoulder is pain free now. My next issue was a knee injury, which felt like something drastic. Again, after tests showed my knee was structurally okay and I needed to do more self-care and rest, my trust in his judgement as a thorough doctor who wasn't an aggressive surgeon became even stronger. However, when surgery is needed, he would be my choice. He did surgery to repair a torn meniscus for my husband's knee, which went great. He walked from the surgical facility to the car and had no pain. Dr. Endean is an athlete himself and seems to understand well how to best approach an injury with the best resolution and the least invasive process. He also has a great sense of humor and good bedside manner. His staff is very good and I have never had to wait for long periods of time, so the office runs efficiently.
