You have to walk down some steep steps to get into it, but you won't regret the effort. The shop is surprisingly roomy, and the tailor is full of personality. Most important, of course, is the fact that she does excellent work for very reasonable prices. We've used her for work on a half dozen times for a variety of tasks in the last year, and we have been totally satisfied on each occasion. That's five stars for sure! I understand the policy but was disappointed because what's the point of getting a washable rug if you can't wash it? ;) I started reaching out to other places in neighboring towns. I contacted La La Laundry and they promptly returned my inquiry and said "No Problem" and I could bring my washable rug in. Thank YOU!!!!! I'm here now, the place is immaculate and the staff friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Well the owner basically shouted at me in front of customers and my son. Something about putting too much change in the dryer, that the comforters would burn. I only put 4 quarters in the dryer. He also said that the comforters don't take long to dry. I have a big comforter so it does take a long time to dry. Plus he said I have to put it on medium heat. I know how to do laundry. Anyway, when the dryer was done, I took my comforters out of the dryer and left to go home. I just wanted to get out of there because I was embarrassed and humiliated. When I got them home, they were still very damp, so I hung them on the clothes line. I will never ever use this laundromat again. It is very unprofessional to shout at customers in front of other customers. I will use a totally different laundromat

I brought a pr of 30 dollar sweat pants to be made into shorts which I could have tech done myself for "FREE" but they are for my son so its nice to have the bottoms not look frayed and with a nice hem How long did this take ? Like 20 mins at $28.90 I mean seriously thats 88.00 a hour Im jealous !! At $28.90 it was $1.10 cents cheaper than the sweat pants cost to begin with, not to mention I can buy 3 pr of shorts from Marshalls . That made a huge difference to me whether I would be taking my laundry here. For the most part, laundromats are disgusting. This one is clean And the attendant is very helpful. My clothes came out smelling fresh and cleaner than they ever have. We use the giant giant wash machine in the front and it puts its own soap and cleaning into the unit itself.
