They had my deposit back to me in 30 days! (As requires by law they have 30 days) they were right on point! They even accommodated staying after hours on a holiday to allow me to come pickup my deposit. The lovely young lady that was working (her name escapes me right now) was professional, courteous and personable! I enjoyed speaking with her and was saddened they would no longer be my management company. I highly recommend ABC management. (They were also very willing to work with me when I thought I would have to put in less than a 30 day notice!) They gave me peace of mind and I appreciate it more than they will ever know! Thank you to the ABC staff! As a property manager myself (which they were not aware of) I have a certain expectation of fellow landlords and property managers and they didn't disappoint. I was very impressed.

He rents out his house for $1700 a month with a backyard and doesn't let you do a thing in the backyard no swing-sets nothing fun if you have children, he then will pull up and watch the house when your inside of it and you pay your rent on time, they do not fix anything when asked, HE WILL SAY ITS A 12 month lease but then right before signing they have it as a 9 month lease and he will not resign your lease after 9 months he continues to get new residents in. Even if you pay your rent on time and have the house cleaned spotless and take care of the property he doesn't care he will not resign your lease. Awful. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR THAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are shady. They don't even have an office you can walk into. They do everything off texting and phone calls. They walk into your home without asking!! There was one time I had a dog bowl out front and one of the worker said something to another worker and they started calling me asking if I had a dog on property when I never did the worker said when he was picking up the hose that I hid the dog bowl lol when it was in front of my house the whole time. They have absolutely no life. Straight mold in house and they don't do anything about it. Stuff falls apart they ask for $2500 + security deposit but then when you move in everything falls apart and breaks. Sad. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

The sidewalk runs along a snow ditch that the end of blocks have. When I as called the office because I wanted to install a wood fireplace in my house, the only part visible from outside would be the flue on the roof. The woman I talked to was snippy and told me I had to file a request. I called two times through the month I waited, asking what the holdup was. I was informed that they have one month. Well the month is up and NO response from these parasites yet.

They had a great selection of exterior colors to choose from and I got to upgrade the interior features that were important to me and even add outlets to the house in critical spaces. Great Floors had a great selection of flooring, backsplash and countertops to choose from! The house truly felt like it was a custom build since the interior layout was perfect for me! I was renting nearby so I got to watch almost every step of the build process when I drove by. Viking was extremely gracious and set up appointments with my realtor so that I could walk through and take photographs after it was framed and the electric had been wired etc. It was refreshing to see how careful Viking was to make sure that everything was super clean before the closing! Viking has taken excellent care of me! I noticed a small chip in a shower and we noticed something that had been missed on our inspection and they sent out service teams within days to fix it. I had a few other small issues and again-someone was out in a couple of days to address them. One of them wasn't part of the contract and it wasn't strictly required but they took care of it for me! I plan on having this as my forever home (retired), and I'm loving this experience so far!
