Unfortunately the insurance we have made up wait 7 days for approval. I had already made an appointment at the endodontist at Polaris Dental. My daughter and I arrived 7 MINUTES LATE, & MINUTES LATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They refused to see my 14 year old daughter and made us leave!!!!!!!! 7 minutes late for a root canal. We all know how much pain that causes,let alone for a 14yr old. I did report Polaris Dental and I WOULD URGE ANYONE NEVER TO USE THEM!!!!! They call themselves DOCTORS! PATHETIC

Fair warning, this is going to be a long review. If you want the TL:DR version, these folks rock…read more Don't let a single negative review fool you. ..if you want the long version, here we go. As with all dental issues, my troubles have a history behind them: past root canal was done by another doctor years ago, and it was causing pain. Pain is a warning sign, so I wanted to get myself looked at. I was referred to Nguyen (Endodontist, also known as "Dr. Win" for easier pronunciation) & Garibov (Periodontist). They were fantastic! I say this being one of those people who generally strongly dislikes dentists, too. To run it down, I came into the office (on-time, unlike a previous review), handled my paperwork, and was quickly introduced to Dr. Win. He & I discussed my case, did a quick dental exam and CT scan, and then went over the particulars. As a part of this process, Dr. Win took the time to walk me through the results of my scan. I was, quite frankly, somewhat astounded, as most doctors don't bother to go that route. And I strongly appreciated Dr. Win's extra effort, here - it made me feel like I was a part of my own treatment rather than simply a commodity. Using the CT scan image, he showed where the problems in my mouth lay. We then discussed two options: a root canal to try to repair the remaining root, or extraction of the problem tooth. We agreed that trying to save the tooth was appropriate, and then he sent me over to Dr. Garibov so he could look at the affair from a different angle. Dr. Garibov was excellent as well. He performed an exam, explained what my issues were and what needed to be fixed, and looked at the problem tooth. We discussed the issue as well, and he agreed with Dr. Win's assessment. Off I went to schedule the surgery & sort out the financial details. I was then sent home to eat lunch, and later came back for my root canal. Dr. Win sat me down in the chair and made sure to numb me up so I wouldn't feel a thing, and then he got to work. Once he got my crown off & took a look, it became immediately obvious to him that saving the tooth wasn't going to be an option. The way my previous root canal was done made this impossible. Dr. Win stopped immediately & informed me, then set out to get Dr. Garibov involved once more: an extraction was needed. The folks at Polaris were so very considerate, too. Knowing that I didn't have the ability to reschedule thanks to upcoming travel plans that couldn't be delayed, they fit me in. Two procedures on the same day - color me impressed (and incredibly appreciative). I waited around a little while while Dr. Garibov handled other patients, and then, when he was ready for me I was brought back for procedure number two. It went smoothly, as Dr. Garibov and the nurse assisting him clearly knew what they were doing. It wasn't an easy day, given the medical troubles and the logistics associated with sorting me out. The staff at Polaris handled this with aplomb. They were caring, considerate, pleasant, and a joy to interact with. Dr. Garibov even called me the next day to make sure that all was well - even on his day off. That's just what I want to see from a doctor, as it shows a certain dedication. If ever I need a root canal or extraction done, I plan to come back. I'm glad I heeded the positive reviews found elsewhere, as this dental work could have been much more troublesome. He is very professional, listens to your dental issues, and quickly finds solutions for them. Dr. Ryan never tries to sell services unless they are genuinely needed. I have visited several dentists before him, and they always tried to point out unnecessary issues they could "fix." All the office assistants are very helpful as well. The system sends reminders before every appointment, and the office assistants will call you to remind you too. I haven't seen this level of service in any other dental office. I highly recommend this place for both a great dentist and excellent office assistance.

Upon being brought to the room, the dental hygienist and dentist were very nice. I came here for a filling and both of them were joking and having like conversations to whole time, which made it very relaxed. There was a small dog walking around the office, which was super cute and also allowed me to pet her while I was getting the operation done. Dr. Melika explain things really well and the fillings look great. I'm coming back for a cleaning and I'm thinking this is probably where I'll have my regular dentist appts going forward.

The energy in her office was friendly and calm. I decided she would be my full time dentist. In this dental office I recieved something I've never had. After xrays, she gave me a written prioritized plan for any future work that I might need. Another thing to note is she works with people who have no insurance. This wonderful dentist and her great staff really care about people.

The hospitality from the initial phone call with the lovely staff at the front desk ( Mary and Shelley) to meeting the dental assistants and Dr Call. They not only make recommendations without making you feel pressured but most importantly they listen. My kids were comfortable and are looking forward to the next visit. Every time I come they have new employees which looking back is a huge red flag into how their business is ran. My last experience there was awful. Mackenzie the helper was rude to me. Dr. Call spent more time talking on his ear piece and giving me a blank look, then actually working on my mouth. They always find something else wrong to cost more and more money. I had had enough and wish I had realized sooner that Dr. Call is simply a salesman in a doctor coat. My new dentist office did x-rays for free and walked me through them. I was not happy to see how many recent crowns I had gotten from Century Dental that were not on their correctly and had areas for cavities to form. Save yourself some money and go find a dentist office that is there for the patients and their care. There are a lot of good honest dentist offices out there. This isn't one of them.
