Last Thursday I knew they were coming at two. Husband left at 1330 and I came back to the house around 1430. I received an invoice at 1402 hours for service in the amount of $115.00 via email. I challenged it and asked when was the technician here? The manager said she clocked in at 1352 hours! I again challenged the service and Yates, manager never addressed my concerns. I canceled the service without any resolution from them. It is highly likely they have been providing improper service for over a year. Husband asked them over a year ago that he wanted to be here when scheduled. That did not happen. Unfortunately they think they can scam senior citizens and veterans.

After requesting info and prices from several local "raccoon trappers," I knew Denzel would be the only one I would even consider. Therefore, after receiving more information from him via phone, I was asking him how soon he could get to my house! My intuition did not betray me. After weeks of raccoon havoc in a yard I had worked hard to beautify, I began investing in all kinds of "promised to work" remedies and gadgets. None worked, and I almost spent more on my do-it-yourself efforts that I ended up paying Denzel an extremely reasonable, fair, and well-earned trapping fee. We feel very fortunate to have found Denzel and his family run company to address an avian encampment in the eaves of our home. We have had birds nesting in three corners of our roof line for a few years. Denzel cleaned out and cleaned up the abandoned nests and held back clearing one out because it still had baby birds in it. He will come back in a few weeks AT NO CHARGE to address that next when it is empty. But there's more. Denzel told us he was no carpenter, but he would do his best to close up the hole in the roofline. His father had been a carpenter, and he helped him since he was 7 yrs. old. His wood working and carpentry skills were excellent, so that you cannot even tell there had been damage to the eaves and roofline. He spent much more time doing the extra carpentry work then he quoted us for so I asked him what we should do to compensate him for the extra time, and his response was very reasonable. As was the original quote. He arrived on time, stayed way longer then he expected, cleaned up everything and will be coming back at no extra charge to finish the job. Old school work ethic. We couldn't be happier with his work, and hist extremely positive personality. Their services include Pest Control, including termites, Wildife Removal and also Services like Gutter Cleanouts and small Clutter Removals.

Today we received a…read moretext that the technician was on the way to our home prior to the agreed service time and we were not home. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. The first time the technician showed up too early and then lied about the time on his report to make it look like he was here on time. What is the problem with the Boca Raton, FL branch? And we can not communicate with the branch. We call and have to wait 24-48 hours for a return call. What an awful business model.

No noise, no rat activity noted by me inside or outside house. But rats were happily homed in my attic. John Neal, James Wilson & Timothy Pittman did an amazing job with removal of rats, debris, old insulation, spraying in new insulation. Soffits recovered. Roof access sealed. Additional traps out.
