I just wanted a 1 time treatment, which none of the larger companies offered. They all want you to sign a contract. Since I am renting and didn't feel like there was any type of infestation I didn't want to commit to quarterly or a 1 yr contract. I submitted a request on Yelp. A lady ( I can't remember her name) called me back and asked a few questions. She knew her information, was professional and informative. She told me my options and set the next available appt. The technician arrived with his son in tow. Showing him the business!! We talked, they sprayed and left. Pretty simple. All of my questions were answered. On Target told me if I saw anymore bugs to call them and they would make it right. I liked that. After the treatment, I have seen 3 bugs. The 1st was a few days after treatment. He was on his back! The 2nd was a spider and I smashed him. The last 1 I saw was over a month ago and it was a little small thing so I squashed him. Let me not forget to mention that I have children. 1 has asthma so I was concerned with what grade chemicals were being used and the smell associated. On Target has "GREEN" or "natural" formulas. However, they just call in and then tell you they can't do it. Additionally, they respond to inquiries for jobs they have told you they can't do.
