Every tech who comes out here has no idea what's going on, and most don't even bring traps with them. (although every tech has been really nice and understanding; they are set up for failure by a horribly run company.) Absolutely do not engage this company for any service whatsoever. It's the perfect run around circle where they take your money and then no one has accountability for anything they just pass ton off to the next person.
