I went to Northwest Granite and More to buy laminate flooring. They had beautiful hand scrapped laminate flooring with a 30 year warranty for 1.29sqft. I needed flooring for a rental property and I bought 32 boxes of this flooring from them. When we began installing the flooring with a laminate flooring installation kit purchased at home depot, the panels were chipping! After hours or work and very little progress with a floor that should be very easy to put in I decided there was something wrong with this flooring and that I needed to get in touch with Northwest Granite and More, it had a 30 year warranty after all. I was told by Northwest Granite and More that I was at fault for my installation. I brought the panels in and showed them it could not be me, there has to be something wrong with this laminate because I did nothing wrong in my installation. They insisted, I had a Northwest Granite and More employee come out and look at the floor and what was happening. He told me that we had started laying it the wrong direction and that was why we could not get the panels to snap in and they were chipping because we were hitting them too hard. After speaking with other companies and installers ,I was told it is personal preference as to what way you lay your floor. Some base their decision on how you walk through the house, others on how the sun filters into the room. Therefore the way we laid the floor should not have been a factor. Regardless, all they would do for me was take back what I had not opened or install the floor for $600.00 more. Both of their so called "solutions" I was the one taking the bite. I felt that they should have stood up behind their product to either take it all back since it was defective or give me a free install if they thought they had such a great product. They did neither. Lucky for me I had not opened the bulk of the flooring I bought so I was refunded all but $100.00, however that was after a long process of arguing with them. I took my refunded amount and went to Lowes, I told them what had happened and they gave me the same quality laminate flooring, molding and threshold pieces all for less than I was refunded from Northwest Granite and More. During this process Northwest Granite and More would not give me the names of their owners which I feel is very questionable. They also claimed to be the representatives for Expo Flooring, which is the brand of flooring I had bought from them. I find it very questionable that they claim to be the salesmen for this product and the representative from that company. Consumer beware I returned my product so they are going to continue to sell a defective product and pitch a fit when they are asked to honor their warranty! read more

I'm a builder from Spokane and have recently moved to Hamilton, Montana. When I needed granite countertops for the home I was building, I didn't hesitate to call Northwest Granite. I wasn't sure they would be able to do it since I was about 235 miles away from them. To my surprise they told me that wasn't a problem for them to do my countertops. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and as always the granite and the sinks they installed turned out great! The seams you can hardly tell where they are. Our salesperson Sophie was very knowledgeable and helpful. All the people we had an contact with at Northwest Granite were very professional and friendly. We had our kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms fitted with granite countertops. There were some problems with our job as there would be on any large project. These problems were handled on our timeline, professionally and completely to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make our project easy and satisify us as customers. Came into the shop after waiting over a week for a quote for countertops for our kitchen. The sales rep answered a few questions and let us look around to find a design we liked. To get a quote, we needed to give him the measurements of the counter space. We went home and I text him the measurements. He gave us the quote and we placed the order the same day. They came out next business day and did the measurements and figured out the sink cutout stuff. We also had them include a hole for a USB plug. About 2 weeks later, we had our countertops installed. Very happy!! Pricing was better than Home Depot and time frame was better by 3 to 5 weeks. read more

Loving my new kitchen cabinets in new hazelnut color and fantastic looking quartz countertop. Team was able to install custom cabinet appliances, farm sink and built in refrigerator.
