So for those of you living on the Northwest side of town, this is a great facility to play some indoor soccer. For me, it is a bit of a drive from ITL area, but I play with a great team that makes the drive well worth it. Located off of 1960 and Walters, the traffic getting to the place during peak rush hours sometimes seems like a daunting task. There is enough parking once you get there so unlike some other places, you don't have to circle around and around. The facility may not be the prettiest facility in regards to the floors and the bathrooms. The bathrooms can seem a bit disgusting at times especially when it rains since they do have some patches of mold and that old smell going on, but you gotta go, you gotta go. There are two fields in this complex. Usually one field is more of a practice field and the other field is the game the field. The one nice thing about this place is that you can wear your outdoor cleats on the field which is a great thing because I tried my indoor and my turf shoes on the field and kept slipping and sliding (maybe that was just me). The game times are pretty reasonable for most, although the 6:10pm start times for me are pretty much difficult to make. They have leagues for everyone and even the midnight league for those late night players. It seems like the number of teams have been growing since I started playing there about a year or so ago. Hopefully the rates don't go up drastically...eeks! The one thing I'll tell you is that they are very particular about the "no outside food or drink." They will follow you out the door if they see you with an outside drink and make sure you know you cannot bring that into the facility the next time around. Oops! By far the most unorganized facility i have ever been not to mention the most dirtiest as well. Bathroom are DISGUSTING! They lack in customer service, when you try to make a complain or report any issue with staff they blow you off & take you as a joke (probably why they don't have much clientele) if you wanna involve yourself in extra activities please spend your money somewhere we're you will have a pleasant experience and will be valued as a customer. This place will not give you a good experience specially with what they charge you. You're better off somewhere else. read more

The manager there ( Ricky ) has hired all of his friends to work there as refs. Poor managerial skills and does not know how to effectively take charge of his staff. He seems to get into fights on a regular basis with his staff and people who pay to play there. This is not the type of person who should be running this facility. All the refs and even Ricky himself play on about 5 or 6 teams each season. I have seen a rapid decline in teams that sign up because they would rather play at a better facility. The building leaks heavily during storms and just looks like a run down warehouse. The new turf is a step up but everything else is awful. read more

I have played indoor soccer in the leagues offered as well as let my children play at this facility over the last year. I have never had any issues with the services or employees at the facility until the most recent adult season. There is an employee; I believe his name is Mark whom didnt want to provide his name who I have observed in games be aggressive and confrontational with customers constantly. The employee Mark has done a great of job of taking any fun out of the service you expect to watch and receive for the money that your team spends putting a team into the league. I had the employee get in my face during the game as well as look for a fight after the game. I observed this same behavior in the game prior to my teams and on multiple other occasions. I requested his name and managers name and after being very adamant about his managers name he told me to contact Rafa. I went to the customer service desk to file a complaint and the other employees blew off my claims and told me they would have Rafa contact me, which 2 weeks later has yet to happen. I have had a horrible experience with this company and am disappointed as I have used their services for over a year with no problem.I hope the fact that I have turned to the BBB and google reviews reflects how upset I am with the service that is being provided to customers currently at Lets Play. This complaint is just not me, its other that come to your facility and expect to be treated as a customer whose payments keep your doors open. When a customer requests a call back with the manager to discuss the issues I hope that moving forward your employees ensure that its a priority. The owner needs to step back and ensure that he evaluates employees as I am in my job and the way I treat my customers. The last review references the bathrooms and how the quality is lacking and appear a bit disgusting at times. That statement also reflects the service. read more
