She recommended someone else, but that person arrived alone without any cleaning tools or a team. To make matters worse, I later found out she was actually working at a different home during the time she claimed she couldn't work due to her car. The lack of honesty and the stress this caused right before a move was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend her services.

We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for. So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult. She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review.

One of my bathrooms is a half bath and wasn't too bad, but the other two are full baths. One of them is the kids' bathroom and the other is our master bathroom. The kids bathroom, as you can imagine, needed some TLC. After Neatme was in there it's sparkling and smells great! Our bathroom was the bear. I'll be honest - our shower is SO hard to clean. There was nasty build up and soap scum that literally makes me gag when I try to clean it (LOL I am so sorry to these guys) but they got it literally SPOTLESS! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for.
