Extremely unprofessional. My appointment was at noon so I arrived at 1150 to an empty lobby so I could get the paperwork out of the way. I was called in to see the doctor THIRTY minutes later! But that was only to put me in a room where I waited an additional 20 before I had enough and walked out. I highly encourage you to go somewhere else where customer service is taken seriously. Good for a weight loss clinic. Easy to get in and get shots. It's in an old tanning spa with spruce decoration but it's very clean. Friendly staff and doctor. Visited with a girl while I was waiting (I've never waited over 5 minutes) and she's lost over 70 lbs! Personally, I've lost 20 and never felt judged. Changed my diet and exercised more. read more

I lost 20lbs in about 2 months. I bought the rapid burn program and I started losing Wright within the first week. I would recommend it along with good diet and exercise. Horrible! My experience here has been horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone! I previously went to another weight loss clinic (about five years ago) and it was nothing like this! The staff at SA Slender Solutions are very unprofessional and extremely rude. My first visit was nearly $200. I was not seen by the doctor but a "nurse practioner" who seemed clueless and asked the receptionist for help. After being seen by the "nurse", I was given my injections and prescription by the RECEPTIONIST!! Crazy, right?!? No measurements were taken, I was only weighed on a scale that you can find at Walmart. The injections are highly suspicious. The RECEPTIONIST told me she put all 3 of my injections, in 1, so that I only had to get poked once. At my previous weight loss clinic the only 2 injections they could put together were B12 and HCG. Raises a red flag for me. It has been about 2 weeks and I've lost 4lbs. However, I really feel that is from what I've been doing on my own. I'm extremely disappointed. I wish I could put zero stars. I should have researched this place before ever going there. And I should have paid attention more to what was going on. While I was waiting to see the "nurse practioner" the receptionist walked to the back with the phone, she was arguing with someone about their injections. There are many weight loss clinics in San Antonio that you can look up online, but stay away from this one. The prescription they gave me is from a Justo Cisneros. Never seen the guy. I decided to try this place because of living social. What a horrible mistake! This was not my first time at a weight loss clinic, this was my second time. I bought a living social deal for Slender Solutions, which included 4 b12 injections, 4 mic injections, and 1 body wrap. I followed the recommended diet of 1200 calories a day and received my injections every week, even paying an extra $35 per week to add hcg injections. My initial appointment was bad. I met with the nurse practitioner, who tried to sell me pills, meal replacements, and more injections. He said he would work with me to achieve my weight loss goals. That's a lie. The only time you will see this man is your first day, and if you don't buy anything for over a week and they charge you another $40 for another initial evaluation with him. They do not take your measurements, only your weight on a cheap scale that never gets cleaned with all the different bare feet on it. In my opinion, the injections are fake. I was also charged an extra $40 for the nurse practitioner to WRITE a prescription for appetite suppressants, plus $35 to fill them. I lost 3 lbs total in one month. I guarantee this was only due to my reduction in calories. My past experience at a DIFFERENT weight loss clinic was awesome. I lost 30 lbs in 30 days, only taking 1 injection, instead of the 3 different types that I took at slender solutions. After being disappointed and realizing that I wasted my money here, I scheduled my body wrap. I woke up late on the day of and called to reschedule. The medical assistant/front desk girl told me that since I missed my appointment, I lost my body wrap. She said living social or groupon customers don't get to reschedule. I told her that I paid for this and should be able to reschedule. I asked her why I cannot receive the services I paid for. She then said, "We could be making money on someone else today, since this is our busiest day of the week, instead of you, who couldn't make it." When I persisted as to why I couldn't receive the services that I paid for, she said, "I'm not arguing with you!" She then hung up on me. I called back, and she would not answer the phone. I have never been treated so badly at a place of business. If you're thinking about this place, stop! Run! If you like to hand out money for no reason, go here! I bought the rapid burn package and I only saw the nurse once. The receptionist gave me my shots. Scary, right? The second time I showed up they were out of the shot medication. They extended my four weeks for that. Then I show up the third week and there's no nurse and random looking people at the desk because the regular staff walked out. Wth???!! Very unprofessionally run. Lost 14 lbs in three weeks but because I'm working out and not eating. I'm still waiting for the nurse to come and give me my shot. Lousy customer service!! read more

Ugh. Disappointment would be the one word I'd give them. I went in for a eyelash perm & tint. It turned out fabulous! WAAAAY better than I expected until day 3.. It was at this point I had little to no color on my bottom lashes & the curl was already falling. I contacted Ss and was advised to take n send them pictures of my lashes. I was leaving for vacation & simply had no time to do that. Once I returned from my vacation I contacted SS again requesting another appointment. I never heard back from them. A month passes, I think ok benefit of the doubt, ill contact them again. Again weeks later, no response. Sigh. So now I ask a friend to email them & request the same services to see if I am being ignored or what. Within 4 hours she had a detailed email outlining everything about the procedure, when they had available appointments, etc. frustrating to say the least. Here I was willing to pay this place AGAIN & give them another chance and this is the "service" I was given. I have contacted & made an appointment with a competitor, I suggest you do the same. I had an amazing experience at San Antonio Slender Solutions!!!!! I got microneedling done on my face/back and their aesthetician was superb. She took her time to walk me through the process, explained every step and answered all my questions. She was very precise and thorough with the microneedling procedure. I felt like I was at a pampering session because of how she treated me. I will definitely keep going back to get my severe acne scarring under control. I went in for the cool Sculpting treatment and I loved every minute. Liz the nurse was extremely friendly and funny. She made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous. The procedure took about an hour. It was uncomfortable at first due to the machine sucking my fat but it was fine after about 2 minutes. After the session my stubborn fat was actually frozen. What I really liked was the little massage I received after. I did 2 sessions within 30 days and I lost 3 inches of my waist.
