I've had a lot of massages in my life, but my 60-minute session with Alexandra was truly out of this world. She was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and relaxing exactly what you want in a wellness setting. It's definitely a bummer that they book up months in advance, but honestly, that just goes to show how amazing they are. I can't wait to come back!

There's many different therapists so there's likely to be someone for everyone. I've had a massage from nearly all, if not actually all, of them. Most of them offered soft and relaxing massages with low lighting, soft music, and some of them include aromatherapy. None of the therapists gave the type of deep tissue massage that I require to keep me out of pain from my type of work, until I was finally able to get a massage scheduled with Hunter. He was able to give a proper deep tissue focusing mostly on my areas that get the most strained and pinched. I appreciate the relaxing environment, the quaint location with private rooms, and the ease of scheduling appointments online. They also take insurance which is a great find and will bill insurance for you so all you have to worry about is your copay if your insurance covers massage for medical purposes. Anytime I've needed to reschedule it's been very easy and I also appreciate their appointment reminders. Overall it's a pretty solid place with lots of choices for massage therapists, you just have to keep trying new ones until you find the perfect fit.

They cared about our stay and truly made it a luxurious experience. Club 268 was amazing, great cocktails and great service by the man and woman who were attendants there. I apologize that I cannot name them by name. The spa!! Unreal experience, everything was clean and they truly thought of everything like a heated massage table. My massage therapist was Addison for 2 nights and he provided the best massage service, even informing my massage therapist on my 3rd night of things I did or needed. He listened to my disabilities and made adjustments. Addison made a once scary experience for me very enjoyable. My husband and I cannot wait to come back. We were sad to leave. We felt special every moment at Salish Lodge and Spa.
