I had no idea how much muscle, balance and strength would be lost during non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I had been to PT, a chiropractor as well as another non traditional chiropractor with limited relief. Then I found Jennifer. Not only was she able to help me walk with ease, but she adjusted my body and gave me more range of motion and ease of movement than I had enjoyed prior to surgery. I can't explain to you how KMI works, but I can tell you it has improved my life and quality of life. The two biggest changes for me were: 1) The ability to breathe! I know that sounds very weird, but I was a shallow breather unable to take in full breaths. I could not breathe into my belly or back but would instead raise my shoulders to make room for a deep breath. Jennifer did her magic and I was AMAZED when I could breathe deeply and expand my full rib cage (including belly and back). 2) Ease of movement. I paid via Zelle and showed confirmation that the payment was processing, including the notification and account details. I also offered to follow up shortly to confirm once it cleared, as I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. Instead, I was repeatedly told to stay and wait. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay.
