I contacted my doctor and he cleared up the problem. But this was only because I was took the initiative. I asked Rayus on the phone why they didn't set it up for both feet but they didn't have an answer and didn't seem to care. Also, my husband had an ultrasound there because he was having pain in his abdomen. But he never got the results. Just one day after contacting the doctor who didn't get the results either, the results came in. But the responsibility fell on us to get the ball rolling. What if either of us had something serious that required immediate attention? Serious issues stand a better chance of being treated if they are caught early.....

She inaccurately charted a diagnosis, medication, symptoms I was experiencing and what my other doctors are treating. I messaged her through my chart about my concern to have this fixed and she responded with " Hi, that is fine if you want to see a different doctor- I usually don't go back and change my notes, no time in my schedule to go double my work." A doctor that doesn't go back and fix an error, is a huge red flag. Especially when I have records to back up that what she put was false. That will affect my future care going forward with other providers because what she put was false. Her avoiding to do the right thing and fix her notes is definitely wrong...and she isn't willing to make it right? Just see another provider if you can, or be aware if something's not right she doesn't own up to making it right. It would be nice if providence them self would fix this, but no one has called me back after I reached out.

She will share what she knows but also defer to the MD experts for the interpretation of the results. Along with her knowledge, sincerity and kindness, I also appreciated that she has a truly holistic view on healthcare, and isn't weird about people going to MDs as part of their healthcare either, so I trust her much more than the other places that discount the benefits of actual MDs. With breast thermography being a great way to non-intrusively scan the body for potential issues (finding breast cancer up to 10 years before a mammogram, by the way) without any radiation going into the body. Whether you use it solely or in conjunction with other preventative measures, thermography is a great way to keep an eye on what's going on in your body (while we were there she took an extra shot of my lower back as I have been in recovery from a herniated disc, and it was great to see where the pain was localized). I came here in the throes of pain and nausea. I was seen within about 30 minutes and given an…read morex-ray, diagnosis, prescription, and some non-narcotic symptom relief. However, later I had to go to another hospital for an ultrasound, and again the next day had to go to the ER for a CT scan, referral to a specialist and proper pain relief. So lesson learned, I should have gone straight to the ER and saved myself 3 trips. The benefit of coming here though was that I was able to get the symptom relief very quickly which would have taken hours in the ER until someone could see me. Everything was quick and efficient and I was treated kindly, just wish that they had more equipment and were able to administer stronger pain meds.

Never heard about my ultrasound, though when I called that 2nd time about my labs, I asked about my ultrasound she said "Oh it says your 6weeks 4 days" great. Following week I miscarried. Devestated. Just the report and the radiologist impression that said "Gestational sac is small which can lead to poor outcome. Should be closely monitored. " WOW ANGRY. I should have been called. Though it likely was going to happen anyway, I should have been notified so as a first time mom I wasn't freaking out about all the bleeding I experienced. I called the superviser and all she said was "Im sorry. Though I think I should talk to my superior and they can help you" Her superior was the "head midwife" who in turn only said "Im sorry this happened."
