She inaccurately charted a diagnosis, medication, symptoms I was experiencing and what my other doctors are treating. I messaged her through my chart about my concern to have this fixed and she responded with " Hi, that is fine if you want to see a different doctor- I usually don't go back and change my notes, no time in my schedule to go double my work." A doctor that doesn't go back and fix an error, is a huge red flag. Especially when I have records to back up that what she put was false. That will affect my future care going forward with other providers because what she put was false. Her avoiding to do the right thing and fix her notes is definitely wrong...and she isn't willing to make it right? Just see another provider if you can, or be aware if something's not right she doesn't own up to making it right. It would be nice if providence them self would fix this, but no one has called me back after I reached out.

I was seen by Doctor Davis, and everything, every detail of my visit was " Top Notch! ". Doctor Davis and the entire staff were very pleasantly professional. I explained my health problems, Dr Davis listen, asked questions as he needed, directed his staff to perform specific additional testing and examination as directed. Reviewed the results and returned with directions regarding my specific medication requirements as well as blood testing to follow. I was possibly seen 10 min. after my appointment time, but the care I received was excellent and I fully expect it will continue at this high level in the future.

That being said, I went with a different doctor there who's been great. In order to receive any kind of solid medical care, one must have not only a solid medical provider, but a strong, PATIENT CENTERED admin team as well. All too often, the latter goes by the wayside and it's the patients who suffer. Dr. Young knows her science, listens and gives practical help. AND the front desk routinely goes above and beyond to help their patients, even when we're in pain, grumpy, and scared. Also the radiation techs I had to see every day for a month were great.

When describing the possible side effects, they constantly minimized what would happen to me, even with repeated questioning on my part. I got much better and more accurate information by going to valid medical websites, and by talking to patients who got the same treatment I did.
