Yesterday, September 25th, Mike and Mark from Northwest Window & Door replaced two large windows in our living room. Before they started work they placed drop cloths over the floors, inside and out, and covered our furniture with plastic sheeting for protection. Once they started on the windows they carefully removed the exterior window trim pieces so that they could be re-used. They were very thorough with the installation of our new windows, making sure they were properly secured to the frames and sealed tightly. This was very important to us, since the windows being replaced (installed by a different firm) were not installed, or sealed, properly. After the installation was complete, Mike and Mark cleaned the new windows, inside and out, and also cleaned up the floors, inside and out, before leaving. It is unusual today to find tradesmen who are not only skilled, but who also take pride in their work, like Mike and Mark. We will undoubtedly use Northwest Window and Door again for any future window replacement work in our home. read more

I really don't know how to express how happy I am with this company. The windows on my house were the original windows and needed to be replaced. I got bids from several other companies and the minute Todd walked in and talked me through the process and helped me get the windows I wanted I knew I had to go with this company. The crew, Mike, Pat, Rick, Allen and Brian were beyond professional, courteous, did exceptional workmanship and left everything clean as a whistle. The whole job start to finish didn't give me any stress at all, they handled everything, and right now I am in the midst of other remodel projects for my home which is stressful enough, but I had absolutely no worries at all, the setup and prep of my home was exceptional prior to them even beginning their work. My neighbor told me that she was getting some new windows and siding installed. I was a little envious because I had the Hardy Plank siding on our old house and decided I wanted new siding and windows installed throughout our house. They began the install about a week or two later. Our installers were John, Craig and Logan and they were the nicest guys. We really lucked out with these three. They were very friendly and courteous never did I hear anything bad coming out of their mouths. After each section of the house they finished they made sure the area was cleaned up before they'd leave for the day. I was very impressed with the work they did. What Impressed me the most, John had noticed our new sliding door had not been installed correctly and explained to me how he was going to correct it. I tell you what these guys were the bomb!! Todd was our first contact with this company. His integrity, honesty and patience with all our questions was very much appreciated. We had 21 windows to replace and got on the schedule very quickly. After the 1st day, all windows were in, with only finish work to be completed. We were impressed with the courtesy, attention to detail and professionalism of Tyler, Pat and Clint. Care was taken to work around landscaping, no mess whatsoever, and they even replaced the hard to hang curtains in our 2 story entryway. This company removed vinyl siding from my home and replaced with hardy planks. The entire crew was professional, courteous and great to have around my home. Highly recommend this crew/business. I've used Northwest for all of my window and door needs since starting my business. Todd is a wealth of knowledge for both windows and doors. Casey is always attenuative and friendly in the office. Tom in the warehouse is an extremely hard worker and is very helpful. However, the commercial/mirror/shower door department would graciously receive 2 stars at most for performance and professionalism after multiple disappointing interactions. Wrong sizes, broken product and completely forgotten estimates is what to expect in those departments. Regardless of the bad interactions with those departments the company still receives 5 stars from me due to everyone else's stellar performance. read more

I think it's rare to be able say "What a pleasure to work with these guys!" They were polite, gracious, neat, friendly, and they did great work too. They even cleaned up after themselves. Northwest window & Door replaced the glass in our windows. The installers, Mike, Pat, Allen, Dawson and Will were professional and nice. They were efficient and were done quickly. Our wood floors had been coated about a week ago and they were careful not to damage it as it was still curing. To top it off, their company was the only company to suggest replacing just the glass and not the entire frame. The cost was less then half and we got a higher grade of glass then quoted with one of the other contractors. We highly recommend! read more

I always do my research and got a few quotes from different companies. For a very marginal amount over the lowest bid I got the best company And product. Install had a few unexpected issues after removing existing slide door in regard to some poor craftsmanship on my home that required these guys to think outside the box. I had NW Window and Door install new windows and a front door. Pricing was much better than Home Depot. Crew showed up on time and were extremely professional throughout the process. Covered all the furniture and when done cleaned and removed the debri. As my house is 1925, it wasn't a simple project, but they trimmed out everything and the products look great!
