I was having a plumbing issue and couldn't determine the cause. I called several businesses to get…read morequotes and only a very few replied. Mike at Waste Water Management not only answered right when I called, but he was very understanding of my situation and offered to visit within a day or two. As it turned out he called me the next because he was available to stop by. Fortunately I was available so he was there within a few hours... less than 24 hours after I first called him! Awesome! He is very friendly, kind of chatty but I found him endearing. Within an hour he had my septic pumped and gave me some pointers on proper septic maintenance. The septic wasn't the cause of my issue, as it turns out, but it had been several years since it had been pumped so it was due. I would recommend Mike and Waste Water Management to anyone who asks. I am very grateful for their services.

These guys did an amazing job on my recent septic problem. I called them first thing in the morning…read morebecause nothing was draining in our house. I had used them about 3 years ago for a simple septic pump and I really got a good feeling about them. They seemed very honest and reasonable. When I called, I got in touch with the son, Mike, and he understood the situation that I was in with no ability to use any water in the house. He said he had a couple of appointments in the morning but he would try to get by before noon to check things out. He called me well before noon and said that he was free and could get out to my house. Since it had been a couple of years since my septic had been pumped, Mike started by pumping the tank and then checking things out. It turned out, even after pumping the tank out, the house was still not draining. There was a blockage between the house and the tank. So, Mike went to work accessing the basement clean out where the septic comes in. It was completely full and he had to drain it in buckets in order to just see what was going on. He ended up finding out that the cast iron pipe coming out of the house was broken in between the house and the tank. But, he was able to clear the blockage and get things working for the short-term. Both father and son returned today and replaced the pipe between the house and the tank. The price that they charged was very, very reasonable. I will not only continue to use them for all of my septic needs, but I will also highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I dont know where to begin on how terrible my experience was with this company. First, my tank is…read moreunderneath of my sunroom and has to be accesed from a window. When the driver (who is also the owner) showed up to my home we asked if he could run the hose through the window so that his sewage covered hose didnt touch the floor, he said yes but then "didnt feel like it" so ran it through the door and dragged it across my carpet. He then procedded to pull the hose out of the tank and spray RAW SEWAGE across the wall. When we asked him to wipe it off with bleach because my pregnant fiance should not be around sewage, he said that "it wasnt his problem". After all this he then used my garden hose to run inside of his vacuum hose that was full of POOP, and then throw it back in our garden. The best part is we could see a garden hose hanging off of his truck in the front yard, when asked why he didnt use his he said "he didnt feel like getting it and our hose was closer". That was just the beggining of this terrible ordeal. When i called the next day to notify them of what he had done, the secratary begin screaming at me saying that she believes her driver and not me. (i guess they have never heard that the customer is always right) She asked me to call the driver, when i said that is her responsibility to reprimand him she said i "must not have the nerve to do it" so i gave him a call. He immediatily started yelling at me and when i said that i am not paying for his terrible service he procedded to tell me that he is on his way to my house to put the sewage back in the tank since im not going to pay him. Oh my god!! i have never had this poor of service in my life. Please please please do not use this business. He should be out of business the way he treats his customers. Obviously the owner has no idea how to run a business and will be pumping feces out of peoples tanks for the rest of his life, where he belongs.

They don't charge to come out and assess and give an estimate. I was relieved that I was correct in my assessment of lint, and already had a safe guard in place for moving forward. Was also told there's no way a snake would've cleared it, so I was fine with paying $229. Whatever, better than a bigger problem! And they don't charge a card fee.

I used Roto Rooter when I had several inches of water in my crawl space. The only good thing I can…read moresay is that they showed up when they said they would. It went downhill quickly from there. I was told they would suction the water into one of their septic tank trucks and haul the water away. Instead, I came home the day they began working and found them draining the water into my backyard. I was furious. (The water table was still very high so it probably went right back into the crawl space). It left a 2 foot sink hole in my yard where they dumped the water. The next day, they brought a longer hose and pumped it into the river. I had 10 different technicians standing around during the 2 days they were here all watching their cell phones and smoking cigarettes while the water was being pumped out of the crawl space. Really? Did it take that many technicians to watch a pump do the work? They brought in dehumidifiers and wanted to have more technicians vacuum the floor joists so that they could paint the floor joists with Killz. I called my flood insurance and they said that would NOT be covered by insurance. I got the bill. They listed the 10 technicians who were here. There was no itemization on the bill. Only a total amount of $8,000. They said protective gear had to be worn because it was "black water." They said this meant it was contaminated with harmful bacteria and disease-causing toxins. Really? Why did you dump it into the river then?? Don't make the same mistake I made by hiring them. Wish I read the reviews.
