Our ducts were moderately dusty to start, and the Bowen team cleaned them thoroughly. They helped me remove some old cable cords that the previous homeowner had run through the ducts as well. As they were leaving, we noticed our television had a dent in it. I asked them to come take a look, and they quickly took responsibility and thought maybe a vacuum hose or something hit the TV. Right on the spot, they offered to replace the TV fully, no questions asked. They had me call Molly in the office, had her get the info on the TV, went to finish another job, picked up the TV at a WalMart, and delivered it back to us. Once he had the part and replaced it, we were charged somewhere in the range of $700 between the diagnosis, the part, and the labor. Last week when it started to warm up, our AC wasn't working. We had a family friend who knew a little about AC units come out to see what was wrong and he thought maybe there was some kind of wiring issue from when they installed the new control board. We called Loescher and they said it's not a wiring issue and the parts aren't connected. When we had someone out earlier today, they said it was indeed a wiring issue, that Loescher had crossed a bunch of wires and even forgot to reconnect a couple. He informed us that this isn't the first time this company has done this and to avoid them in the future. Please, if you're looking to have this kind of work done, don't call Loescher.
