Kudos for them for trying to run an honest business and make an honest day's wages on the right side of the law. As long as they are fair, don't screw me over, run an honest business, and do a good job then it doesn't make a difference to me if they have made past mistakes. Well, unless they are serial killers, lol The only thing that bothered me was that he didn't have legitimate work order sheets/ receipts.
