She immediately did 3 dumps worth, clearly backed up for well over a day. Aside from that, I would not use this clinic because of the cloying/overpowering fragrance spray they use. Being in the lobby is a battle against nausea and a race against the clock to get out quickly because of the smell. Our cat recently had teeth pulled @ all creatures. At the time the teeth were infected. Pick up…read morethe cat and was told everything looked good. No antibiotics were given. Infection got worse. Now, the cat is in heart failure due to endocarditis. It strikes me that, antibiotics are given to humans prior to dental work just for this reason. Why would you not do that for animals. I wonder now if a DVM was even involved in this procedure. I would not recommend this establishment bases what has transpired in this case. Today I have to put this animal down. BTW, this cat is 18 years old.

Over $500. The vets are never in the clinic. The east clinic has a male attendant who's just nasty to the clients. He made me cry twice being so rude. I'm looking for a new vet. Since ARL bought these clinics out it's really gone down hill. My dog desperately needs follow up care. But this clinic hasn't had walk in hours for two weeks. Just awful. Paying a little more on the front side will save you money since things will be done right from the beginning. It'll also save you some peace of mind. I'm at my wits end with worry for my pet, caring for him has been a full time job now & I'm stressed to the max. If anyone can recommend a local vet with reasonable rates, hollar.​
