Egg and Bacon Panini

Nosh was yummy yummy yummy. Despite tucking into gourmet platters at wineries for the most part of the weekend it was so lovely to have a delicious home style brunch from Nosh in Tanunda. The produce is absolutely delicious and of the highest quality meaning a simply egg and bacon sandwich is a taste sensation. My partner opted for the salmon and hollandaise and was very satisfied with the meal. His only comment was that it could have done with a bit of salt, or capers to compliment the salmon. The coffee was fantastic and the smoothie fresh and delish! We tried a couple of places on Murray St and Nosh will be where we go to again. (Just quietly I rate it over Cafe Pod and the staff are way friendlier!)

A nice little place nestled alongside a quaint little antique book store in the Barossa. The coffee is a nice blend that helps with the morning pick me up, and goes nicely with their scrambled eggs for breakfast! The quirky look and style of this cafe creates a great atmosphere that is only accentuated by the friendly staff behind the counter.

I'll start right out and say I did not eat here but I scoped it out as it caught my eye from the street and appeared to me to be the best spot to eat in Tanunda. The interior decor was fantastic, very hipster, with exposed light bulbs hanging from the roof and old ceiling fans spinning on low. Books were used as bookshelves and doors as tabletops. All the furniture, fittings and decorations were eclectic but at the same time picked out and positioned with skill & care, so that everything seemed to be in place. I will definitely be stopping in for a bite to eat next time I'm in the Barossa.

It was supposed to be cesar salad, but the salad contained only spinach leaves amd instead of chicken they put some bacon in.

Couldn't find this café. Has the address changed? We went to cafe POD instead which is just a minute down the road.

This cafe had an opportunity to impress as it was boxing day and there where not many places open…read more If impressed or even just ok would of gone back. The lack of clearing of tables with plates, food, cups & glasses left on tables was a poor sight and we should of just moved on. We didn't and paid the price the food was very poor the meat was re heated in a microwave and still cold / chilled in the middle ate a few mouth fulls of the salad that was it. Very disappointed and suspect this venue preys on tourists as with this low standard my wife and I experienced we won't be going back and I suspect nor will others we saw at the time. I dont usually kick up a fuss but to feel ripped off like this in such a beautiful town that is all about food wine and fun. Not Happy!

Not impressed at all. Ordered a pear and walnut salad which was bland and drowned in oil and cost…read moreme $15! Also had one of their fresh juices - watermelon, pineapple and carrot......it was almost tasteless and I am sure it was watered down. The place smelled like fish inside so I ate outside. I also found some (not all) of the staff to be indifferent and almost rude. Observed several customers waiting a long time for meals and a lot of confusion from staff as to where meals were to be sent......including mine, even though there were table numbers. Feel very ripped off. I am local and am embarrassed that tourists will be eating here. From now on will stick to my regular cafe for great food and service.
