Total cost of service $80…read more Other locations have charged me $60 as a student and low-income. It didn't take long and there was no line. Unfortunately, Karen didn't accurately insert the correct account number. Now there is a penalty charge of $3.30 from the state franchise tax board. It is not an expensive penalty but it is a lot of money when it is a penalty and under your name (as it is under mine in this case). I do not like to have penalties or make it seem like I don't want to pay. I would of preferred, for the cost of the service, if Karen wouldn't have made that error. This was such a bummer. We needed a mobile notary service, called and was told to text the number…read moremy info. I told her we had pets and to let me know if I should put them away, she said "we love animals!" So far, so good. We scheduled dinner so that we'd be done right at 7:30. By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. He said they closed at 4. It was 3:59 and I shared with him I was waiting there while he was talking and he looked at his Phone and said "now it's 4" and I asked him if he was kidding and he said no. Then he said, "fine I can ship it for you what do you need?"... I said I needed to ship something then he said "oh sorry yeah we are closed - we closed at 4 it's now 4:02" I looked at him and said "this is why I never come here" he responded with, "good." Every time I've been to this UPS they speak negatively about other ups Locations and never offer help and if you ask for help they say no I drive the extra 10 mins usually for the Silverlake location. That's the best one on the east side. Always the best customer service.
