Our office operates on standard net-30 payment terms unless prepayment is arranged beforehand, which was communicated. Despite this, repeated hostile follow-ups continued before the payment term had elapsed. We value professional vendor relationships and expect basic professionalism and cooperation when resolving accounting or documentation issues.
