I called on November 22, 2023 to place an order for 2 Dozen Buntini's for Thanksgiving. Miss Summer was super nice and helpful on the phone. I dozen was an assortment and the other dozen was supposed to be ALL Lemon. I was in the livingroom when someone had asked, where are all the Lemon Buntini's? When I went to look, they had sent what looked like Chocolate Chip. I should have told my daughter in law to check before leaving the store...my mistake for not instructing her and not checking myself when they arrived here! No where was is indicated on their website or Google listing that they closed early today- which happened to be my birthday- so I arrived apparently 2 mins after they "closed" (5 hours before their actual listed closing hours) and even double checked to make sure they didn't have any obvious special hours listed and was turned away at the door. I let the girl know it was my birthday and she didn't seem to care, yet mysteriously allowed an un-uniformed young man into the store who also had just arrived at the same time as I did. So that was odd. This would have been my first time coming to this store and it will certainly be my last. If there are rules, then apply them equally to everyone. I'm giving 4 starts to this store for product quality and cuteness of the tiny store. Let's start with the bundt's. Can you say EHR-MEH-GERD? Sooo good. The cakes no matter the flavor are moist and DELISH. The frosting is sweet and cool and smooth. They have three sizes. Mini's which are sold by the dozen, individual...which if you are not a big appetite can be shared, or the regular binder cake size. Didn't get prices on the mini or large but the individual was $3.99. I saw this business as I drove by one day and thought about stopping, but didn't. A few weeks later I am at Potter's Pizza and decided to check it out. My friend Tammy tells me it's awesome and I definitely need to go there before leaving. So I did. (I actually stopped in for 5 minutes before going to the pizza place. They have 8" and 10" cakes and also bite-sized ones you can order by the dozen. All the cakes have cream cheese frosting. The bundtlet was very moist, a bit spongy and had a lot flavor. The frosting was decadent. I also had samples of the red velvet and the white chocolate raspberry. Both were tasty but I found the red velvet to be more dry.
